- Enroll in an approved associate degree program at the State College of Florida
- Tuition, books and fees are paid at 100% by FCCI
- Earn a competitive hourly rate, and receive milestone increases as you progress
- Receive on the job training and personalized trainee program to begin a professional career
- Receive a full time job upon completion of program and degree
