Job Roles at Pattern
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Pattern Green Card Visa Sponsorship Jobs USA
Target roles with specialized technical depth
Green Card sponsorship at Pattern is most likely for positions requiring niche expertise in e-commerce analytics, data science, or platform strategy. Roles where your skill set is difficult to replace locally tend to get prioritized for employer-sponsored immigration.
Establish yourself before expecting sponsorship
Consulting and professional services firms like Pattern typically sponsor Green Cards for proven employees, not new hires. Building a track record of client impact and internal visibility significantly improves your chances of being put forward for sponsorship.
Ask HR directly about their Green Card policy
Pattern's sponsorship decisions are role- and budget-dependent. A direct conversation with the HR or People Operations team about their Green Card process gives you far better information than any public source and signals you're planning for the long term.
Find open roles with verified sponsorship history
When searching for Pattern jobs, use a platform that filters by actual sponsorship history. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, saving time you'd otherwise spend chasing jobs with no path to a Green Card.
Align your role to a defensible EB category
Pattern files under both EB-2 and EB-3 depending on the position. Roles requiring an advanced degree or exceptional expertise typically fall under EB-2. Understanding which category fits your background helps you have a more informed sponsorship conversation with Pattern.

Does Pattern sponsor Green Card visas?
Yes, Pattern does sponsor Green Card visas for select employees. Sponsorship is typically offered to professionals in technical, analytical, and consulting roles where the company has difficulty finding domestic talent. It is not offered to all employees automatically, so raising the topic early in your tenure is advisable.
Which roles at Pattern are most likely to receive Green Card sponsorship?
Roles in data science, e-commerce analytics, technology platforms, and specialized consulting functions are the most common candidates for Green Card sponsorship at Pattern. Positions that require a defined degree in a specific field and are tied to measurable business outcomes tend to have the strongest case for EB-2 or EB-3 sponsorship.
How do I start the Green Card process with Pattern?
The process begins with an internal conversation with Pattern's HR or People Operations team to confirm the company is willing to sponsor your specific role. If approved, Pattern works with immigration counsel to file a PERM labor certification with the Department of Labor, followed by an I-140 petition and, eventually, your adjustment of status or consular processing application.
How long does Green Card sponsorship take at Pattern?
The full Green Card timeline through employer sponsorship typically spans two to four years or more, depending on your country of birth and EB category. PERM labor certification alone can take over a year, and applicants born in high-demand countries like India or China may face significantly longer waits due to priority date backlogs.
How do I find Green Card jobs at Pattern that are open right now?
Migrate Mate lists open roles at Pattern and other verified Green Card sponsors, so you can filter specifically for companies with a real sponsorship history rather than relying on job listings that don't disclose immigration support. Applying directly through Pattern's careers page is also worth doing, especially for technical and analytics roles.
What is the prevailing wage for Green Card sponsorship at Pattern?
Employers sponsoring a Green Card through the PERM labor certification process must pay at least the prevailing wage for the role. The Department of Labor determines this rate based on the specific job title, location, and experience level. The prevailing wage is locked in during the PERM filing and applies through the entire Green Card process. You can look up current rates using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
