Job Roles at Relativity Oda
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Relativity Oda Green Card Visa Sponsorship Jobs USA
Target technical roles first
Green Card sponsorship at Relativity Oda is most consistently tied to software engineering, data, and other specialized technology positions. Focusing your applications on these core technical roles gives you the strongest chance of landing a sponsorship-eligible position.
Start the conversation during the offer stage
Don't wait until you're onboarded to raise Green Card sponsorship. Bringing it up during offer negotiations signals long-term commitment and gives Relativity Oda's HR team time to begin the PERM labor certification process without delays.
Understand the PERM process before you apply
Green Card sponsorship at technology companies like Relativity Oda typically begins with PERM labor certification through the Department of Labor. Knowing how PERM timelines work helps you ask informed questions and set realistic expectations from the start.
Use verified sponsorship data when job searching
Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history. Searching specifically for Relativity Oda roles through a platform that tracks Green Card filings saves time compared to manually screening job listings.
Align your profile with Relativity Oda's technology stack
Demonstrating direct experience with the tools and platforms Relativity Oda builds on strengthens your case as a hard-to-fill candidate, which is a core argument in PERM filings. The more specialized your skills, the easier the sponsorship justification.
Ask HR specifically about EB-2 versus EB-3 pathways
Relativity Oda sponsors under both EB-2 and EB-3 preference categories. Which pathway applies to your role affects your priority date and overall timeline significantly. Clarifying this early helps you plan your visa status and job tenure accordingly.

Get Access To All JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Relativity Oda sponsor Green Card visas?
Yes, Relativity Oda sponsors Green Card visas. The company has an active sponsorship program primarily supporting professionals in the Technology and Software industry. Sponsorship is concentrated in technical roles and follows the standard employer-sponsored Green Card process, beginning with PERM labor certification and proceeding through the relevant EB preference category.
Which roles at Relativity Oda typically receive Green Card sponsorship?
Green Card sponsorship at Relativity Oda is most common in software engineering, product development, and other specialized technical functions. Roles that require niche expertise or advanced qualifications tend to be stronger candidates for sponsorship because they more readily satisfy the PERM requirement that the position could not be filled by a qualified U.S. worker.
How do I navigate the Green Card application process at Relativity Oda?
Relativity Oda typically manages the Green Card process through an outside immigration law firm. The employer initiates PERM labor certification with the Department of Labor, followed by an I-140 immigrant petition filed with USCIS. Once approved, you wait for a visa number to become available before filing for adjustment of status or consular processing. Your role is primarily to provide documentation and respond promptly to requests.
How long does Green Card sponsorship take at Relativity Oda?
The overall timeline depends on your preference category and country of birth. EB-2 and EB-3 petitions for most nationalities can take one to three years from PERM filing to approval. Applicants born in India or China face significantly longer waits due to per-country backlogs, sometimes exceeding a decade. Starting the process as early as possible in your employment is strongly advisable.
How do I find open Green Card sponsorship roles at Relativity Oda?
Migrate Mate tracks verified Green Card sponsors and lets you search specifically for open roles at companies like Relativity Oda with a confirmed sponsorship history. This is more reliable than filtering general job boards, where sponsorship willingness is often unclear or self-reported without supporting data. Applying directly through Relativity Oda's careers page and referencing your need for Green Card sponsorship in your cover letter is also a practical step.
What is the prevailing wage for Green Card sponsorship at Relativity Oda?
Employers sponsoring a Green Card through the PERM labor certification process must pay at least the prevailing wage for the role. The Department of Labor determines this rate based on the specific job title, location, and experience level. The prevailing wage is locked in during the PERM filing and applies through the entire Green Card process. You can look up current rates using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
