Job Roles at BAYADA Home Health Care
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in BAYADA Home Health Care H-1B Visa Sponsorship Jobs USA
Target clinical and therapy roles first
BAYADA's H-1B sponsorship activity centers on direct patient care positions. Focus your search on registered nurse, physical therapist, occupational therapist, and speech-language pathologist roles where specialized credentials are required and sponsorship is more likely.
Verify your credentials meet U.S. licensing standards
Healthcare roles at BAYADA require state licensure before you can work. Confirm your international credentials are eligible for U.S. equivalency evaluation early, since BAYADA's H-1B petitions depend on you holding or being on a clear path to the required license.
Engage BAYADA's clinical recruiters directly
BAYADA operates through regional offices and clinical divisions. Reaching out to clinical recruiters in your target state, rather than applying through a generic portal, signals genuine interest and puts you in front of hiring managers who control H-1B sponsorship decisions.
Use Migrate Mate to confirm sponsorship history
Before investing time in an application, verify that BAYADA has sponsored H-1B visas for your specific role type. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsor data so you can filter by real sponsorship history and focus on positions with an established track record.
Understand BAYADA's H-1B filing calendar
H-1B cap-subject petitions must be filed in April for an October start date. Align your job search and offer negotiations with BAYADA to close well before the registration window opens in March, giving their legal team time to prepare your petition.
Highlight specialty certifications relevant to home health
BAYADA values certifications in wound care, infusion therapy, pediatric care, and hospice. Prominently featuring these in your application demonstrates a specialty skill set that strengthens the case for a specialty occupation H-1B petition and differentiates you from general applicants.

Does BAYADA Home Health Care sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, BAYADA Home Health Care sponsors H-1B visas. Sponsorship is concentrated in clinical and allied health roles that qualify as specialty occupations under H-1B requirements, including registered nurses in specialized settings, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists. Availability varies by region and the specific BAYADA division hiring.
Which roles and departments at BAYADA are most likely to receive H-1B sponsorship?
H-1B sponsorship at BAYADA is most common in clinical departments delivering skilled home health services. Physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, and specialized nursing roles are the strongest candidates. Corporate or administrative positions are less commonly sponsored because they are less likely to meet the specialty occupation standard required for H-1B approval.
How do I navigate the H-1B application process at BAYADA Home Health Care?
Once BAYADA extends a job offer and confirms sponsorship, their legal or HR team files a Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor, followed by the I-129 petition with USCIS. Your role is to supply supporting documentation, including your degree credentials, professional licenses, and employment history. Work closely with the recruiter to meet all internal deadlines before the USCIS filing window.
How long does it take to start working at BAYADA on an H-1B visa?
For cap-subject H-1B petitions, the process follows USCIS's annual lottery cycle, with employment typically beginning October 1 of the petition year. From offer to start date, expect a minimum of six to eight months. Premium processing can accelerate USCIS adjudication to roughly two to three weeks once the petition is filed, but the October start date still applies for new cap-subject cases.
How do I find open H-1B-sponsored positions at BAYADA Home Health Care?
Start by searching BAYADA's careers page filtered by clinical role type and your target state. You can also use Migrate Mate, which aggregates verified H-1B sponsor data and surfaces active openings at employers with a confirmed sponsorship history. Cross-reference both sources to identify positions in your specialty where BAYADA has previously supported H-1B candidates.
What is the prevailing wage for H-1B jobs at BAYADA Home Health Care?
H-1B employers must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is determined when they file the Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor. The rate is based on the role, location, and experience level, and ensures international hires are paid comparably to U.S. workers in the same position. You can look up prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
