You will report to the Director of Revenue Strategy & Programs.
Responsibilities:
- Own the development of differentiated positioning, value propositions, and core narratives for advertising and sponsorship offerings in collaboration with Sales, Product, Legal, Studio, and other stakeholders

- Define competitive differentiation and objection-handling guidance that strengthens Sales effectiveness and accelerates advertiser adoption
- Create scalable, sales-facing materials (master decks, case studies, product one-pagers, talk tracks) aligned to approved positioning and growth priorities
- Translate market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence into recommendations that inform product direction and roadmap prioritization
- Partner on launches of new ad products, sponsorships, and seasonal opportunities by translating product strategy into clear go-to-market materials
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, or go-to-market roles within advertising, media, or digital platforms
- 5+ years experience building sales materials for digital ad products, including presentations, leave-behinds, and messaging frameworks
- 5+ years experience defining positioning and messaging for revenue-generating products
- Experience developing buyer-centric messaging and translating complex product capabilities into buyer-ready narratives and sales enablement assets
- Expertise with digital media and media buying
This hybrid role is scoped for Redwood City, Los Angeles, Seattle, Orlando, or Vancouver.

How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Electronic Arts H-1B Visa Sponsorship Jobs USA
Target engineering and technical roles first
EA's H-1B sponsorship is concentrated in software engineering, data science, and technical product roles. Focusing your search on these departments significantly improves your chances of finding a role with active sponsorship support at the company.
Apply well before the April H-1B lottery deadline
EA needs time to file your H-1B petition before the April 1 cap deadline. Securing an offer by January or February gives the company enough runway to complete the Labor Condition Application and prepare your petition package.
Use a platform that filters by verified sponsorship history
Not every EA job listing will mention H-1B sponsorship explicitly. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and focus on roles where EA has an established track record of sponsoring visas.
Understand EA's internal immigration process during interviews
EA works with outside immigration counsel to handle H-1B filings. During the offer stage, ask directly about their sponsorship workflow, which team coordinates immigration, and whether premium processing is available for your role.
Highlight specialized skills tied to EA's core business
EA sponsors H-1B for roles requiring specialized knowledge in areas like game engine development, machine learning for player analytics, and real-time graphics. Demonstrating deep expertise in these domains strengthens the specialty occupation case for your petition.
Confirm sponsorship eligibility before accepting an offer
Sponsorship decisions at large gaming companies can vary by business unit or hiring manager. Before signing, confirm in writing that EA will sponsor your H-1B, cover filing fees, and support premium processing if your start date is time-sensitive.

Does Electronic Arts sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Electronic Arts sponsors H-1B visas for qualifying roles, primarily in technology and software. EA has a consistent history of H-1B sponsorship across engineering, data science, and technical product functions. International candidates applying for specialized technical positions are most likely to receive sponsorship support through their established immigration process.
Which roles and departments at Electronic Arts typically receive H-1B sponsorship?
H-1B sponsorship at EA is concentrated in software engineering, machine learning, data analytics, and technical game development roles. Positions requiring specialized degrees in computer science, electrical engineering, or applied mathematics are the strongest fit for H-1B qualification. Corporate, marketing, and non-technical roles are less commonly sponsored.
How do I navigate the H-1B application process at Electronic Arts?
Once EA extends an offer, their HR team coordinates with outside immigration counsel to begin the H-1B process. This includes filing a Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor, followed by the I-129 petition with USCIS. EA manages the filing, but you will need to provide education credentials, employment history, and supporting documentation.
How do I find H-1B jobs at Electronic Arts that are open to visa sponsorship?
EA does not always specify H-1B sponsorship in individual job postings. Migrate Mate filters job listings by verified sponsorship history, making it easier to identify EA roles where international candidates have a realistic path to sponsorship. Focusing on technical and engineering postings is the most reliable strategy.
What timeline should I expect for H-1B sponsorship at Electronic Arts?
The H-1B cap lottery opens in March, with petitions filed in April for an October 1 start date. You should secure your offer by January or February to give EA enough time to prepare your petition. If you are selected in the lottery, expect USCIS processing to take several months unless premium processing is requested.
What is the prevailing wage for H-1B jobs at Electronic Arts?
H-1B employers must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is determined when they file the Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor. The rate is based on the role, location, and experience level, and ensures international hires are paid comparably to U.S. workers in the same position. You can look up prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
