Job Roles at Hollywood Feed
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Hollywood Feed H-1B Visa Sponsorship Jobs USA
Target corporate and technical roles
Hollywood Feed's H-1B sponsorship tends to concentrate in corporate and technical functions rather than retail floor positions. Focus your search on roles in operations, supply chain, technology, or finance where specialty occupation requirements are easier to establish.
Align your degree with the job description
H-1B eligibility requires a direct connection between your degree field and the role. For Food & Beverage companies like Hollywood Feed, roles in food science, logistics, or data analytics carry clearer degree-to-job alignment that strengthens your petition's specialty occupation argument.
Engage recruiters early about sponsorship
Raise the H-1B question before the offer stage, not after. Asking during your first recruiter screen signals preparation, not desperation, and helps both sides avoid investing time in a process Hollywood Feed isn't set up to support for that specific role.
Use a verified sponsorship platform to find open roles
Not every job posting at Hollywood Feed will explicitly mention H-1B sponsorship. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you focus only on roles where sponsorship is genuinely on the table.
Understand the H-1B lottery timeline before applying
H-1B registrations open in March and selection happens before October 1. If you're interviewing at Hollywood Feed in fall or winter, align your start date expectations with the next available cap cycle so neither you nor the employer is caught off guard.
Demonstrate long-term value to the business
Food & Beverage companies weigh sponsorship costs carefully. Coming into interviews with evidence of specialized expertise, industry-specific knowledge, or a clear contribution to Hollywood Feed's growth makes the cost and administrative burden of H-1B sponsorship easier for the company to justify.

Get Access To All JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Hollywood Feed sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Hollywood Feed does sponsor H-1B visas. Sponsorship is selective and tends to focus on corporate and technical roles rather than store-level positions. If you're pursuing a specialty occupation role that aligns with your degree field, it's worth confirming sponsorship availability directly with the recruiter during your initial conversation.
Which roles and departments at Hollywood Feed typically qualify for H-1B sponsorship?
H-1B sponsorship at Hollywood Feed is most common in roles that meet the specialty occupation standard, meaning positions that require at least a bachelor's degree in a specific field. Corporate functions such as technology, supply chain, finance, and operations tend to be stronger candidates than store associate or general management roles, which are harder to qualify.
How do I navigate the H-1B application process at Hollywood Feed?
Once Hollywood Feed extends an offer and confirms sponsorship, the company's immigration counsel files a Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor, followed by the H-1B petition with USCIS. You'll need to provide educational credentials, employment documentation, and biographical information. The process is employer-driven, so your main role is responding promptly to requests from their legal team.
How long does H-1B sponsorship take at Hollywood Feed?
The standard H-1B timeline runs from cap registration in March through an October 1 start date, assuming selection in the lottery. If you're already in valid H-1B status with another employer, Hollywood Feed can file a transfer petition and you may be able to start sooner under portability rules. Premium processing is available to expedite USCIS review to roughly 15 business days.
How do I find H-1B jobs at Hollywood Feed that are open to sponsorship?
Not all open roles at Hollywood Feed will advertise H-1B sponsorship explicitly. Migrate Mate helps by surfacing employers with verified H-1B sponsorship histories, so you can target your applications toward roles where sponsorship is a real possibility rather than guessing from generic job postings. Once you identify a strong-fit role, confirm sponsorship intent with the recruiter before investing heavily in the process.
What is the prevailing wage for H-1B jobs at Hollywood Feed?
H-1B employers must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is determined when they file the Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor. The rate is based on the role, location, and experience level, and ensures international hires are paid comparably to U.S. workers in the same position. You can look up prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
