Job Roles at Penske Logistics
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Penske Logistics H-1B Visa Sponsorship Jobs USA
Target technical and engineering roles first
Penske Logistics's H-1B sponsorship concentrates in roles requiring specialized degrees, particularly in industrial engineering, logistics technology, and supply chain management. These functions align most directly with H-1B specialty occupation requirements, giving you the strongest foundation for a sponsorship conversation.
Understand the logistics industry's hiring cycle
Transportation and logistics companies like Penske often ramp up hiring ahead of peak freight seasons. Timing your application for early Q1 positions you well for H-1B cap-subject filings, since petitions must be submitted before the April 1 deadline for October 1 start dates.
Demonstrate domain expertise, not just transferable skills
Penske evaluates H-1B candidates on depth in logistics operations, fleet management systems, or supply chain analytics. Generic operations experience won't differentiate you. Emphasize specific platforms, certifications, or methodologies relevant to large-scale transportation and distribution environments.
Search verified sponsorship listings before applying broadly
Not every Penske role is eligible for H-1B sponsorship. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you focus on positions where international candidates have actually been placed rather than guessing from job descriptions.
Engage recruiters directly about sponsorship policy
Penske's recruiting team handles H-1B coordination internally. Asking directly and early whether a specific role has been approved for sponsorship saves weeks of back-and-forth. Frame it professionally: confirm the position qualifies as a specialty occupation before investing in the full application process.
Align your degree field tightly with the job description
H-1B approval at companies like Penske hinges on a clear degree-to-role match. A mismatch between your academic background and the posted job duties is one of the most common reasons H-1B petitions get challenged. Review the job description carefully before applying.

Get Access To All JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Penske Logistics sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Penske Logistics sponsors H-1B visas. The company has an established history of sponsoring international employees, primarily in technical and specialized roles across engineering, supply chain, and logistics technology. Sponsorship availability varies by role and location, so confirming with the recruiting team early in the process is the most reliable approach.
Which roles and departments at Penske Logistics are most likely to receive H-1B sponsorship?
H-1B sponsorship at Penske Logistics concentrates in roles that clearly meet the specialty occupation standard. Industrial engineers, supply chain analysts, logistics technology specialists, and operations research professionals are among the most commonly sponsored functions. Corporate and IT roles requiring specific technical degrees also tend to qualify, while general operations or driver-facing positions typically do not.
How do I navigate the H-1B application process at Penske Logistics?
Once Penske extends an offer and confirms sponsorship eligibility for your role, the company works with an immigration attorney to file your H-1B petition. You'll need to provide educational credentials, employment history, and supporting documentation. The employer handles the USCIS filing and Labor Condition Application, though you remain responsible for keeping your current status valid throughout the process.
How long does H-1B sponsorship take at Penske Logistics?
Standard H-1B processing through USCIS currently runs several months from petition submission to approval. Cap-subject cases have an April 1 filing window for an October 1 start date, meaning the full process from offer to authorized employment can take six months or longer. Premium processing is available for faster adjudication if Penske elects to use it for your case.
How do I find H-1B sponsored jobs at Penske Logistics?
The most effective approach is using a platform that filters by verified sponsorship history rather than relying on job descriptions alone. Migrate Mate lets you search specifically for Penske Logistics openings tied to confirmed H-1B sponsorship activity, so you spend time on roles where international candidates have a realistic path to approval rather than applications that stall at the sponsorship conversation.
What is the prevailing wage for H-1B jobs at Penske Logistics?
H-1B employers must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is determined when they file the Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor. The rate is based on the role, location, and experience level, and ensures international hires are paid comparably to U.S. workers in the same position. You can look up prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
