Focus on operations and logistics roles
tms sponsorship activity centers on transportation and logistics functions. Target roles in supply chain management, freight operations, and logistics technology where your technical background aligns directly with the company's core business needs.
Understand which visas tms actually files
tms sponsors H-1B, E-3, TN, F-1 OPT, and F-1 CPT visas. Knowing which category fits your background before you apply lets you frame your eligibility clearly and shows the hiring team you understand the sponsorship process.
Apply early in the hiring cycle
Because tms sponsors a selective number of visas, timing matters. Applying early in a job's posting window increases your chances of being considered before headcount decisions are finalized, especially for roles requiring H-1B cap-subject filings.
Highlight logistics-specific technical skills
tms operates in a field where specialized knowledge in freight systems, transportation management platforms, or supply chain analytics stands out. Demonstrating domain expertise reduces the perceived risk of sponsorship for a hiring manager unfamiliar with the visa process.
Browse verified sponsorship history before applying
Not every transportation company openly advertises visa sponsorship. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you confirm tms is actively sponsoring before investing time in a full application.
Prepare to address sponsorship directly in interviews
At a company with selective sponsorship volume like tms, interviewers may not be familiar with the process. Come ready to briefly explain your visa type, the employer's responsibilities, and realistic timelines so the conversation stays focused on your qualifications.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does tms sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, tms sponsors H-1B visas. Sponsorship is selective rather than high-volume, so H-1B candidates should prioritize roles where their technical qualifications are a strong match for tms's transportation and logistics operations. Applying to roles aligned with your specialty occupation field gives you the best chance of being considered for sponsorship.
Which visa types does tms sponsor?
tms sponsors H-1B, E-3 visa, TN visa, F-1 OPT, and F-1 CPT visas. This range makes tms accessible to Australian nationals on the E-3 visa, Canadian and Mexican professionals on the TN visa, and international students completing OPT or CPT. Each visa type has different employer obligations, so understanding which one fits your situation before applying is worth the preparation.
What types of roles at tms are most likely to include visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at tms tends to align with specialized roles in transportation management, supply chain operations, and logistics technology. Positions requiring analytical, systems, or engineering expertise in a logistics context are the strongest candidates for visa support, as these map most clearly to the specialty occupation requirements that underpin H-1B and similar filings.
How do I find open visa-sponsored jobs at tms?
Migrate Mate is the most reliable way to find tms roles that come with verified sponsorship history. Rather than guessing from a generic job listing, you can filter by company and visa type to see where tms has actually sponsored before, then apply with confidence that sponsorship is a real possibility for that role.
How do I approach the application process at tms as a visa-sponsored candidate?
Lead with your qualifications and logistics expertise rather than opening with visa questions. Research tms's core services in transportation and freight management so you can speak to how your skills fit their operations. Once you reach the offer stage, be ready to walk HR through your visa type, the filing timeline, and what the company's obligations would be, many hiring teams at mid-size logistics firms appreciate a candidate who demystifies the process.
