Job Roles at Stefanini
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Stefanini H-1B Visa Sponsorship Jobs USA
Target roles in IT services and consulting
Stefanini's H-1B sponsorship is concentrated in its core business: IT services, managed services, and technology consulting. Focus your applications on roles that map directly to these areas rather than peripheral business functions.
Confirm sponsorship before applying
Not every open role at Stefanini comes with H-1B sponsorship. Before applying, verify the job listing explicitly mentions visa sponsorship. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and avoid wasted applications.
Highlight specialized technical skills
Stefanini recruits for specialty occupation roles requiring field-specific expertise. Emphasize skills in software development, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, or enterprise IT on your resume to align with the specialty occupation standard H-1B requires.
Understand Stefanini's staffing model
Stefanini often places workers at client sites, which affects how your H-1B petition is structured. Be prepared for questions about end-client details during the application process, as USCIS scrutinizes IT consulting H-1B petitions closely.
Apply well ahead of the H-1B cap season
If you need cap-subject H-1B sponsorship, the registration window opens in March for an October 1 start date. Begin conversations with Stefanini recruiters in the final quarter of the previous year to align on timing and intent.
Ask directly about sponsorship during interviews
Recruiters at technology services firms deal with H-1B requests regularly. Raise sponsorship early in the process, confirm whether the specific role and location support it, and ask what documentation Stefanini needs from you to move forward.

Does Stefanini sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Stefanini sponsors H-1B visas for qualifying roles, primarily within its technology and IT services business. Sponsorship is not available for every open position, so confirming with the recruiter early in the process is important. Roles in software development, IT consulting, and managed services are the most common sponsorship candidates.
Which roles and departments at Stefanini typically receive H-1B sponsorship?
H-1B sponsorship at Stefanini is most common in technical roles that meet the specialty occupation standard, including software engineers, systems analysts, IT consultants, and infrastructure specialists. Corporate or administrative functions are far less likely to be sponsored. If your background is in Stefanini's core technology service lines, you're in the strongest position to request sponsorship.
How do I navigate the H-1B application process at Stefanini?
Once Stefanini agrees to sponsor you, the company works with its immigration counsel to file a Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor and then the H-1B petition with USCIS. As the applicant, your main role is supplying academic credentials, employment history, and any requested supporting documentation promptly. For IT consulting roles, be ready to provide end-client information as well.
How long does it take to get H-1B sponsorship through Stefanini?
For cap-subject cases, the timeline runs from H-1B lottery registration in March to an employment start date of October 1 at the earliest, assuming selection. The full process from registration to approval typically spans six to eight months. Premium processing is available to expedite the USCIS adjudication portion, though your employer must agree to use it.
How do I find H-1B jobs at Stefanini and similar companies?
Start by searching Stefanini's careers page and filtering for roles that explicitly mention visa sponsorship. Migrate Mate is also a useful resource, as it aggregates job listings from confirmed H-1B sponsors and lets you filter by company and visa type, so you can focus your effort on opportunities with a genuine path to sponsorship.
What is the prevailing wage for H-1B jobs at Stefanini?
H-1B employers must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is determined when they file the Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor. The rate is based on the role, location, and experience level, and ensures international hires are paid comparably to U.S. workers in the same position. You can look up prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
