Position Overview
Builders Installed Products is seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to lead insulation crews and oversee residential and commercial insulation projects. This role is responsible for managing daily jobsite operations, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently, maintaining quality standards, and supporting crew development. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and support insulation crews on multiple job sites.
- Plan, organize, and oversee the installation of cellulose and other insulation products in new and existing structures.
- Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with OSHA regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Coordinate daily activities with project managers, contractors, and customers to ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Conduct quality control inspections to verify workmanship and project specifications are met.
