How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Intrepid Visa Sponsorship USA
Focus on seasonal and operational roles

Understand the H-2A visa pathway
Intrepid sponsors H-2A visas, which are designed for temporary or seasonal workers. Research the H-2A requirements before applying so you can speak confidently about your eligibility and the employer's obligations during the hiring process.
Apply during peak hiring cycles
Hospitality and Tourism employers like Intrepid hire on seasonal timelines. Align your applications with the start of peak seasons, as sponsorship decisions are typically made well in advance of busy operational periods.
Highlight hands-on tourism or hospitality experience
Intrepid values candidates with direct experience in tourism operations or guest-facing roles. Emphasize any guiding, logistics, or customer service experience in your application to stand out among candidates seeking sponsored positions.
