Job Roles at KELLER Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in KELLER Visa Sponsorship USA
Align your background with construction and infrastructure projects
KELLER operates on large-scale ground engineering and foundation projects. Candidates with direct experience in geotechnical work, site investigation, or structural systems are far better positioned for sponsored roles than generalist applicants.
Apply during active project bidding cycles
Construction firms like KELLER typically ramp up hiring when new contracts are awarded. Tracking KELLER's project announcements and applying during expansion phases increases your chances of landing a role that justifies sponsorship.
Search for verified sponsoring employers before applying broadly
Not every construction employer will sponsor visas. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and focus your search on companies like KELLER with a confirmed track record.
Prepare to demonstrate specialty occupation credentials
H-1B eligibility in construction requires proving the role demands at minimum a relevant bachelor's degree. Gather transcripts, credential evaluations, and a clear articulation of how your degree directly supports the specific position KELLER is hiring for.

Get Access To All JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does KELLER sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, KELLER sponsors H-1B visas. The company has an active sponsorship history in the construction and geotechnical engineering space, with sponsored roles concentrated in technical and engineering disciplines. If you're targeting KELLER, emphasize how your specialized background supports a role that requires at minimum a relevant bachelor's degree, which is the core H-1B specialty occupation standard.
What visa types does KELLER sponsor?
KELLER sponsors both H-1B and E-3 visas. The H-1B is available to qualified applicants of any nationality, while the E-3 is exclusive to Australian citizens and offers a faster, lottery-free path. If you hold Australian citizenship and are pursuing a technical role at KELLER, the E-3 is worth discussing directly with their hiring team.
Which roles at KELLER are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsored roles at KELLER tend to sit within engineering and technical functions, particularly geotechnical, civil, and ground engineering disciplines. These positions typically require a relevant degree and specialized expertise, meeting the specialty occupation threshold for H-1B purposes. General construction management or non-technical roles are less commonly sponsored.
How do I find open sponsored jobs at KELLER?
Migrate Mate is the most direct way to find roles at verified sponsoring employers like KELLER. You can filter by company, visa type, and industry to surface positions where sponsorship is a real possibility, rather than guessing based on generic job board listings that rarely disclose sponsorship status upfront.
How do I approach the application process at KELLER as a visa-requiring candidate?
Be transparent about your visa status early in the process. KELLER has demonstrated willingness to sponsor in geotechnical and engineering roles, so candidates who match on technical skills should not hesitate to raise sponsorship needs upfront. Prepare documentation supporting your specialty occupation claim, including degree credentials and any professional evaluations, before your first substantive interview.
