Frame your credentials around SaaS partner ecosystems
Klaviyo's Partner Development Manager roles focus on channel programs, agency relationships, and co-selling with technology partners. Translate your experience into metrics that reflect partner-sourced pipeline, co-marketing execution, or partner portal management before you apply.
Target roles tied to Klaviyo's agency partner channels
Klaviyo's partner program leans heavily on email marketing agencies and Shopify ecosystem partners. Positions tied to those verticals tend to stay open longer and move through hiring quickly, giving you a more reliable window to negotiate sponsorship into the offer.
Confirm sponsorship scope during the initial recruiter call
Ask directly whether the role is approved for H-1B sponsorship and whether Klaviyo supports cap-exempt filings or only participates in the annual lottery. Getting clarity early prevents you from advancing through multiple interview rounds without a viable path.
Build a credential file that supports a specialty occupation argument
H-1B eligibility for partner-focused roles requires demonstrating that the position demands a specific bachelor's degree field, not just any degree. Assemble transcripts, a degree equivalency evaluation if your credential is from outside the U.S., and a role description that maps your duties to a specialized body of knowledge.
Use Migrate Mate to filter Klaviyo's open Partner Development Manager roles
Not every open role at Klaviyo is approved for sponsorship. Migrate Mate filters job listings by verified sponsorship history so you can apply directly to positions where international candidates have a realistic path.
Understand how PERM timing affects your long-term residency path
If Klaviyo offers EB-2 or EB-3 sponsorship alongside H-1B, the PERM labor certification process with DOL typically runs 12 to 18 months before an I-140 petition can be filed. Clarify whether the company initiates PERM proactively or only at your request.

Find Partner Development Manager at Klaviyo JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Klaviyo sponsor H-1B visas for Partner Development Managers?
Yes, Klaviyo has a track record of H-1B sponsorship for Partner Development Manager roles. Sponsorship availability can vary by specific position and hiring cycle, so confirm during the recruiter screen whether the open role is approved for H-1B support. If you're subject to the annual cap, timing your application around Klaviyo's Q1 hiring push gives you the best chance of aligning an offer with the April USCIS filing window.
How do I apply for Partner Development Manager jobs at Klaviyo?
Applications go through Klaviyo's careers page, where Partner Development Manager roles are listed by region and partner segment. Migrate Mate aggregates Klaviyo's open roles and filters by sponsorship eligibility, so you can identify which positions are realistically available to international candidates before investing time in the application process. Tailor your resume to reflect partner-sourced revenue, channel program management, and SaaS ecosystem experience.
Which visa types are commonly used for Partner Development Manager roles at Klaviyo?
H-1B is the most common nonimmigrant visa path for Partner Development Manager roles at Klaviyo, given the specialized business and sales expertise the role requires. Klaviyo has also supported employment-based Green Card sponsorship through EB-2 and EB-3 classifications for longer-tenured employees. If you hold an L-1 or O-1 visa through a prior employer, confirm whether Klaviyo is able to support a transfer or new petition before accepting an offer.
What qualifications does Klaviyo expect for Partner Development Manager candidates?
Klaviyo typically looks for experience in SaaS channel sales, agency partnership management, or technology ecosystem development. Familiarity with email marketing platforms, Shopify, or e-commerce technology partnerships is a strong differentiator. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is generally expected to satisfy the H-1B specialty occupation standard. Demonstrated ability to manage partner pipelines, co-sell with agency teams, and drive partner-sourced revenue are the core competencies assessed during interviews.
How long does the sponsorship and visa process take after receiving an offer from Klaviyo?
Timeline depends heavily on which visa category applies. For H-1B cap-subject petitions, USCIS accepts filings in April for an October 1 start date, so an offer in late winter or spring maps most cleanly to that window. Premium processing with USCIS reduces adjudication to 15 business days. For employment-based Green Card sponsorship, the PERM labor certification stage with DOL alone typically takes 12 to 18 months before the I-140 petition can be filed.
