ABOUT THE ROLE
Klaviyo is seeking a Senior Lead Product Manager to drive our Enterprise product strategy and lead the evolution of our platform for the world’s most sophisticated, data-driven brands. This role sits at the center of one of Klaviyo’s most important growth opportunities: becoming the trusted B2C CRM for Enterprise customers.
You will own multiple product areas critical to our Enterprise initiatives—including unifying customer data, powering AI-driven automation, and expanding our ecosystem integrations—while partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Go-to-Market and Partner teams. This is a highly visible role that balances long-term platform strategy with near-term delivery, ensuring we meet enterprise customer expectations without compromising scalability or reliability.
What You’ll Do:
- Set and evangelize a 2–3 year vision for Klaviyo’s Enterprise platform that delivers scalability, flexibility, and enterprise-grade governance while preserving ease of use.
- Translate company goals into clear OKRs and roadmaps that accelerate Enterprise adoption, retention, and ARR growth.
- Represent the voice of large, global customers in strategic product discussions.
- B2C CRM for Enterprise: Deliver capabilities that unify customer data across channels, enable real-time personalization, and support global data governance and compliance.
- Collaborate deeply with Engineering, Design, Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, Security, and Legal to deliver cohesive enterprise experiences.
- Lead roadmap reviews, facilitate strategic tradeoffs, and ensure alignment across teams.
- Act as a central point of coordination for enterprise commitments from RFP support and security reviews through onboarding and long-term success.
- Transform workflows by putting AI at the center, building smarter systems and ways of working from the ground up.
What You Bring:
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management with significant exposure to Enterprise SaaS products.
- Proven success leading enterprise-grade or platform products such as CRM, marketing automation, customer data platforms, analytics, data infrastructure, or AI-driven systems.
- Direct experience supporting large enterprise customers (e.g., Fortune 1000), not just SMB or self-serve products.
- Strong intuition for what drives enterprise purchasing decisions: trust, compliance, scalability, configurability, integrations, and roadmap credibility.
- Hands-on experience partnering with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success on enterprise deals.
- Comfortable discussing system architecture, data models, APIs, integrations, data flows, and security standards with engineering teams.
- Experience working on products with complex data infrastructure, distributed systems, or significant integration dependencies.
- Proven ability to influence and lead across Product, Engineering, GTM, Security, and Legal without direct authority.
- Track record of translating enterprise customer needs into clear product requirements, thoughtful tradeoffs, and scalable platform solutions.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to align diverse teams around shared priorities.
- You’ve already experimented with AI in work or personal projects, and you’re excited to dive in and learn fast. You’re hungry to responsibly explore new AI tools and workflows, finding ways to make your work smarter and more efficient.

Frame your resume around revenue operations impact
Klaviyo's Lead Management roles sit at the intersection of marketing ops and CRM strategy. Quantify pipeline contribution, lead scoring improvements, and funnel conversion metrics. Hiring managers in SaaS environments prioritize demonstrated impact on revenue predictability over general operations experience.
Confirm sponsorship eligibility before final interview rounds
Klaviyo sponsors both H-1B and Green Card pathways, but sponsorship decisions for Lead Management roles can depend on seniority level. Ask your recruiter directly whether the specific role is approved for sponsorship before investing in late-stage interview preparation.
Time your application around the H-1B cap window
If you need H-1B sponsorship, USCIS registration opens in early March each year for an October 1 start date. Align your job search timeline so you have an offer in hand before registration closes, giving Klaviyo enough runway to file on your behalf.
Highlight Klaviyo platform expertise in your application materials
Klaviyo prioritizes candidates who understand its own ecosystem. Hands-on experience with Klaviyo's segmentation, flow automation, or CDP integrations signals immediate productivity and can strengthen your candidacy, which matters when a sponsor is evaluating visa filing investment.
Use Migrate Mate to find open Lead Management roles at Klaviyo
Sponsorship-eligible roles are not always labeled clearly on general job boards. Search Migrate Mate to filter Klaviyo's Lead Management openings by visa type and confirm which postings are actively open for H-1B or employment-based sponsorship before you apply.
Understand PERM requirements if you are targeting a Green Card
For EB-2 or EB-3 sponsorship, Klaviyo must complete DOL's PERM labor certification process before filing your immigrant petition. This process typically takes one to two years, so raise long-term immigration goals with your hiring manager early in the offer negotiation stage.

Find Lead Management at Klaviyo JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Klaviyo sponsor H-1B visas for Lead Managements?
Yes, Klaviyo sponsors H-1B visas for Lead Management roles. The company has a consistent history of filing H-1B petitions for this function, particularly at senior and specialist levels. Sponsorship availability can vary by role seniority, so confirm with your recruiter during the offer stage rather than assuming all postings include sponsorship.
How do I apply for Lead Management jobs at Klaviyo?
You can browse current Lead Management openings directly on Klaviyo's careers page or through Migrate Mate, which filters roles by visa sponsorship type. Tailor your application to highlight CRM systems experience, lead lifecycle ownership, and any direct exposure to Klaviyo's platform. Applying through a referral significantly improves response rates at Klaviyo.
Which visa types does Klaviyo commonly sponsor for Lead Management roles?
Klaviyo sponsors H-1B visas for nonimmigrant work authorization, which is the most common pathway for Lead Management candidates requiring sponsorship. For longer-term pathways, the company also files EB-2 and EB-3 immigrant petitions, which require PERM labor certification through the Department of Labor before an I-140 petition can be filed with USCIS.
What qualifications does Klaviyo expect for Lead Management positions?
Klaviyo typically looks for candidates with hands-on experience in lead scoring, pipeline management, and marketing automation platforms, with Klaviyo-specific product knowledge being a strong differentiator. A background in SaaS revenue operations or growth marketing is common across the function. For sponsored roles, your degree field will need to align with the specialty occupation criteria USCIS applies to H-1B petitions.
How long does the visa sponsorship process take for a Lead Management role at Klaviyo?
For H-1B sponsorship, USCIS standard processing runs three to five months after the October 1 cap year opens, though premium processing can reduce this to roughly two weeks. For employment-based Green Card sponsorship via PERM, the full process from labor certification through I-140 approval typically spans one to three years depending on your priority date and country of birth.
