Frame Your Partner Experience in U.S. Terms
Klaviyo's Partner Account Manager roles center on managing ISV and agency relationships within a SaaS ecosystem. When preparing your resume, map your partnership metrics, co-sell motion experience, and revenue attribution language to how U.S. SaaS companies report partner-sourced pipeline.
Target Klaviyo's Ecosystem-Focused Hiring Managers
Klaviyo's partner org is structured around commerce verticals like Shopify and Salesforce ecosystems. Research which alliance teams are actively hiring and tailor your outreach to those specific segments rather than applying cold through the general careers portal.
Confirm Sponsorship Willingness Before Final Rounds
Klaviyo sponsors H-1B visas for this role, but sponsorship decisions are made at the offer stage. Ask your recruiter directly during the second or third round whether the role is approved for sponsorship, so you are not surprised after investing time in a case study or panel interview.
Time Your Application Around the H-1B Cap Window
USCIS opens H-1B registration each March for an October 1 start date. If you receive a Klaviyo offer outside that window, negotiate a start date that aligns with cap-subject filing timelines or ask whether cap-exempt options apply to your specific situation.
Build a Portfolio of Partner-Led Revenue Evidence
Klaviyo evaluates Partner Account Managers on measurable partnership outcomes. Prepare documentation of partner-influenced revenue, co-marketing campaigns, and referral pipeline data before interviews. This evidence also strengthens a future I-140 petition if you pursue an EB-2 or EB-3 pathway.
Use Migrate Mate to Surface Open Roles Efficiently
Klaviyo posts Partner Account Manager openings across multiple locations and partner segments. Use Migrate Mate to filter for Klaviyo roles that explicitly support visa sponsorship, so you spend your application time on positions where sponsorship is already confirmed rather than guessing from the job description.

Find Partner Account Manager at Klaviyo JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Klaviyo sponsor H-1B visas for Partner Account Managers?
Yes, Klaviyo has a track record of sponsoring H-1B visas for Partner Account Manager roles. Sponsorship is handled at the offer stage, so confirm eligibility with your recruiter before final rounds. If you are already on an H-1B with another employer, Klaviyo can file an H-1B transfer, which lets you start working as soon as USCIS receives the petition.
Which visa types are commonly used for Partner Account Manager roles at Klaviyo?
H-1B is the most common nonimmigrant visa path for this role because Partner Account Manager positions at a SaaS company typically qualify as specialty occupations requiring a relevant bachelor's degree or higher. For longer-term authorization, Klaviyo also supports employment-based Green Card sponsorship through EB-2 or EB-3 categories, which involve a PERM labor certification filed with the DOL before the I-140 petition.
How do I apply for Partner Account Manager jobs at Klaviyo?
Applications go through Klaviyo's careers portal, where roles are listed by team and location. You can also find open Partner Account Manager positions filtered by visa sponsorship eligibility on Migrate Mate, which saves time compared to reviewing individual job descriptions. Klaviyo's interview process for this function typically includes a recruiter screen, a hiring manager conversation, and a partnership strategy presentation or case study.
What qualifications does Klaviyo look for in a Partner Account Manager?
Klaviyo looks for candidates with direct experience managing technology or agency partnerships in a SaaS environment, particularly within commerce or marketing technology ecosystems. Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, Salesforce, or similar integration partners is a practical advantage. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is generally expected and also supports the specialty occupation standard required for H-1B sponsorship.
How do I plan my timeline if I need visa sponsorship from Klaviyo?
The H-1B cap registration window opens each March, and approved petitions carry an October 1 start date. If Klaviyo extends you an offer in the fall or winter, your attorney will file during the following spring registration. USCIS premium processing is available and reduces the adjudication period to roughly 15 business days, which can help both sides plan a start date with confidence.
