ABOUT THE ROLE
Klaviyo is seeking a Senior Lead Product Manager to drive our Enterprise product strategy and lead the evolution of our platform for the world’s most sophisticated, data-driven brands. This role sits at the center of one of Klaviyo’s most important growth opportunities: becoming the trusted B2C CRM for Enterprise customers.
You will own multiple product areas critical to our Enterprise initiatives—including unifying customer data, powering AI-driven automation, and expanding our ecosystem integrations—while partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Go-to-Market and Partner teams. This is a highly visible role that balances long-term platform strategy with near-term delivery, ensuring we meet enterprise customer expectations without compromising scalability or reliability.
What You’ll Do:
- Set and evangelize a 2–3 year vision for Klaviyo’s Enterprise platform that delivers scalability, flexibility, and enterprise-grade governance while preserving ease of use.
- Translate company goals into clear OKRs and roadmaps that accelerate Enterprise adoption, retention, and ARR growth.
- Represent the voice of large, global customers in strategic product discussions.
- B2C CRM for Enterprise: Deliver capabilities that unify customer data across channels, enable real-time personalization, and support global data governance and compliance.
- Collaborate deeply with Engineering, Design, Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, Security, and Legal to deliver cohesive enterprise experiences.
- Lead roadmap reviews, facilitate strategic tradeoffs, and ensure alignment across teams.
- Act as a central point of coordination for enterprise commitments from RFP support and security reviews through onboarding and long-term success.
- Transform workflows by putting AI at the center, building smarter systems and ways of working from the ground up.
What You Bring:
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management with significant exposure to Enterprise SaaS products.
- Proven success leading enterprise-grade or platform products such as CRM, marketing automation, customer data platforms, analytics, data infrastructure, or AI-driven systems.
- Direct experience supporting large enterprise customers (e.g., Fortune 1000), not just SMB or self-serve products.
- Strong intuition for what drives enterprise purchasing decisions: trust, compliance, scalability, configurability, integrations, and roadmap credibility.
- Hands-on experience partnering with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success on enterprise deals.
- Comfortable discussing system architecture, data models, APIs, integrations, data flows, and security standards with engineering teams.
- Experience working on products with complex data infrastructure, distributed systems, or significant integration dependencies.
- Proven ability to influence and lead across Product, Engineering, GTM, Security, and Legal without direct authority.
- Track record of translating enterprise customer needs into clear product requirements, thoughtful tradeoffs, and scalable platform solutions.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to align diverse teams around shared priorities.
- You’ve already experimented with AI in work or personal projects, and you’re excited to dive in and learn fast. You’re hungry to responsibly explore new AI tools and workflows, finding ways to make your work smarter and more efficient.

Frame your PM credentials around SaaS delivery
Klaviyo's Project Manager roles center on software release cycles, sprint planning, and cross-functional alignment. Translate your experience into those terms before applying. Generic project management credentials won't stand out against candidates with direct SaaS or martech backgrounds.
Get PMP or CAPM certification before applying
Klaviyo's Project Manager postings frequently list formal PM certifications as preferred qualifications. Holding a PMP or CAPM before you apply strengthens your specialty occupation case and signals to USCIS that the role requires a specific body of knowledge, not just general coordination skills.
Target roles tied to Klaviyo's core product teams
Project Manager openings attached to Klaviyo's email, SMS, or data platform teams tend to have clearer technical scope, which supports a stronger H-1B specialty occupation argument than roles in generalist operations or admin functions. Filter your applications accordingly.
Raise sponsorship early in recruiter conversations
Klaviyo's recruiting process moves quickly through phone screens to technical interviews. Surface your visa situation in the first recruiter call so the hiring team can loop in their immigration counsel before an offer is drafted, avoiding delays at the offer stage.
Understand the H-1B cap and Klaviyo's filing window
USCIS opens H-1B registration each March for October 1 start dates. If your offer arrives outside that window, ask Klaviyo's HR team about cap-exempt options or a delayed start. Planning around this calendar prevents a last-minute scramble after you've already accepted.
Use Migrate Mate to find open PM roles at Klaviyo
Filtering for Project Manager positions at visa-sponsoring companies in the SaaS sector takes time manually. Migrate Mate surfaces those openings directly, so you can confirm Klaviyo has active PM headcount before investing time in tailoring your application.

Find Project Manager at Klaviyo JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Klaviyo sponsor H-1B visas for Project Managers?
Yes, Klaviyo sponsors H-1B visas for Project Manager roles. The company has a consistent track record of filing H-1B petitions for this function. Because H-1B eligibility requires the role to qualify as a specialty occupation, your application and job description need to demonstrate that the position requires at minimum a bachelor's degree in a specific field such as computer science, information systems, or business administration.
How do I apply for Project Manager jobs at Klaviyo?
Applications go through Klaviyo's careers page, where open Project Manager roles are listed by team and location. Migrate Mate also aggregates Klaviyo's visa-sponsoring positions so you can confirm current PM headcount before applying. Tailoring your resume to reflect SaaS delivery experience, sprint methodologies, and cross-functional stakeholder management will align your profile with what Klaviyo's hiring teams look for in this function.
Which visa types does Klaviyo commonly use for Project Manager roles?
Klaviyo sponsors both H-1B nonimmigrant visas and employment-based Green Cards, including the EB-2 and EB-3 preference categories, for Project Manager positions. H-1B is the most common path for candidates already in the U.S. on OPT or another nonimmigrant status. Green Card sponsorship typically follows after an employee has been in the role for a period of time and the employer initiates the PERM labor certification process through the Department of Labor.
What qualifications does Klaviyo expect for Project Manager roles?
Klaviyo's Project Manager postings generally expect a bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field, along with hands-on experience managing software development or product delivery cycles in a SaaS environment. Familiarity with Agile or Scrum frameworks is consistently listed. Formal certifications such as PMP or CAPM strengthen your profile and also support the specialty occupation requirement USCIS applies when evaluating H-1B petitions for project management positions.
How do I time my application around the H-1B filing process at Klaviyo?
USCIS opens H-1B registration each March for an October 1 start date, so an offer finalized by February or early March gives Klaviyo enough runway to enter your registration before the lottery closes. If you receive an offer later in the year, discuss a delayed start date or interim work authorization options with Klaviyo's HR and immigration counsel. The 60-day grace period after an OPT or prior status ends is often relevant for candidates navigating this timing.
