Mid-Enterprise Account Executive (Hospitality)
At Klaviyo, we believe every guest interaction is an opportunity to build a more loyal relationship. That mindset starts with our Sales team—and we're growing our Hospitality vertical.
We're looking for a Mid-Enterprise Account Executive to join our Hospitality team, selling into hotel groups, restaurant brands, and wellness operators, who are rethinking how they connect with guests. This is more than closing deals. It's an opportunity to shape Klaviyo's presence in one of the most relationship-driven industries in the world.
From first touch to signed agreement, you'll own the full sales cycle—partnering closely with Solutions, Customer Success, Partnerships, and R&D to drive long-term guest revenue for our customers.
You'll be selling to mid-enterprise hospitality brands: independent hotel groups, regional and national restaurant operators, and wellness and spa networks. These are companies where the gap between their current CRM and what Klaviyo can deliver is enormous—and your job is to make that case.
What You'll Do and How You'll Make a Difference:
- Transform guest marketing workflows by putting AI at the center—building smarter automation, segmentation, and personalization systems from the ground up
- Continuously experiment with AI tools, sharing insights that keep the team ahead of the curve and applying AI fluency to do more meaningful, high-impact selling work
- Build and grow Klaviyo's Mid-Enterprise Hospitality client base across Hotel & Travel, Food & Beverage, and Wellness
- Drive full-cycle sales: prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, and close—with a strong self-sourced pipeline motion
- Create and execute vertical-specific territory and account strategies, targeting brands on modern PMS, Online Ordering, and Booking platforms and displacing legacy guest CRM vendors
- Partner cross-functionally with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, and our Hospitality division to deliver a world-class buying experience
- Bring market and competitive intelligence back to Product and PMM to influence the hospitality roadmap
Who You Are / Required Experience:
- You've already experimented with AI in your work and you're hungry to go deeper—using it to prospect smarter, shorten deal cycles, and bring sharper business cases to the table
- You don't wait to be told what to try—you explore, test, and share what works
- Based in Boston, MA and available to be in-office 3 days/week
- 6+ years of closing experience in SaaS or MarTech, with at least 2 years selling into hospitality, travel, or consumer-experience brands
- Familiarity with the hospitality tech stack (PMS, CDP, loyalty, reservation platforms) is a strong plus
- Proven hunter: you build pipeline from self-generated leads through close, and you're comfortable owning a cold vertical
- Experienced navigating multi-stakeholder deals—GMs, CMOs, Revenue Managers, and IT all have a seat at the table in hospitality
- Fluent in technical selling: able to connect PMS integrations, guest data infrastructure, and CRM migration to business outcomes
- Resilient, curious, and energized by building something new in a vertical with massive whitespace
- A natural relationship-builder who earns trust with operators, not just executives

Frame Your Background Around Revenue Impact
Klaviyo's Business Manager roles sit at the intersection of sales strategy and technical product knowledge. Before applying, document measurable outcomes from past roles, such as pipeline growth or partner revenue, so your resume maps directly to what their hiring teams evaluate.
Target Roles That Match Your Specialty Occupation
H-1B approval for Business Manager positions depends on the role qualifying as a specialty occupation under USCIS standards. Look for Klaviyo postings that specify a degree requirement in a defined field like business, marketing, or computer science rather than listing a degree as preferred.
Search Klaviyo's Open Roles on Migrate Mate
Filter Business Manager openings at Klaviyo by visa type on Migrate Mate to see which positions are actively tied to sponsorship pathways. This saves time you would otherwise spend cold-applying to roles where sponsorship is ambiguous or unavailable.
Raise Sponsorship Before the Offer Stage
Klaviyo's recruiting process moves quickly through final rounds. Confirming that the specific Business Manager team you are interviewing with has budget and precedent for H-1B sponsorship before an offer is extended prevents late-stage complications that derail timelines.
Understand the LCA Before Your Start Date
Your employer must file a Labor Condition Application with the DOL certifying your offered wage meets prevailing wage levels before USCIS can approve your H-1B petition. Confirm this step is in progress early, since LCA certification typically takes seven business days but can delay your start if overlooked.
Plan Around the H-1B Cap and Registration Window
If you are not already in H-1B status, Klaviyo can only file a cap-subject petition after USCIS selects your registration in the annual lottery, which opens each March. Build your job search timeline so you are interview-ready by early Q1 to align with that window.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Klaviyo sponsor H-1B visas for Business Managers?
Yes, Klaviyo sponsors H-1B visas for Business Manager roles. The company has sponsored this visa type for the business function consistently, and open Business Manager positions regularly include sponsorship eligibility. Confirm sponsorship availability directly with the recruiter early in the process, since not every team within a large company sponsors at the same rate.
How do I apply for Business Manager jobs at Klaviyo?
Apply through Klaviyo's careers page or browse their open Business Manager roles filtered by visa sponsorship on Migrate Mate. Tailor your application to highlight cross-functional experience in technology or SaaS environments. Klaviyo's hiring process typically includes a recruiter screen, case-style interviews focused on business strategy, and final-round panels with senior stakeholders.
Which visa types are commonly used for Business Manager roles at Klaviyo?
H-1B is the primary nonimmigrant visa Klaviyo uses for Business Managers. For longer-term pathways, the company also supports employment-based Green Card sponsorship through EB-2 and EB-3 categories, which typically involve PERM labor certification filed with the DOL. The right pathway depends on your degree, prior status, and how quickly you need authorization.
What qualifications does Klaviyo expect for Business Manager positions?
Klaviyo typically looks for a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field, combined with experience in SaaS partnerships, revenue operations, or strategic account management. Familiarity with marketing technology platforms and a demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional initiatives strengthens your candidacy significantly. Some senior roles expect prior people management experience.
How do I time my job search to align with H-1B sponsorship at Klaviyo?
If you need a new cap-subject H-1B, USCIS opens registration each March for the following October 1 start date. Securing an offer from Klaviyo by late February gives your employer enough lead time to register and, if selected, file the petition. If you are already in H-1B status with another employer, Klaviyo can file a transfer petition at any point in the year.
