Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding Customer Service Jobs at lululemon Jobs
Tailor your resume to lululemon's language
lululemon calls customers 'guests' and emphasizes 'educator' roles over traditional sales titles. Mirroring this vocabulary in your resume signals cultural fit and gets you past the initial screen before sponsorship conversations begin.
Target store support center roles first
lululemon's corporate and regional support center positions in cities like Vancouver, New York, and Los Angeles are more likely to have structured H-1B sponsorship pathways than individual store locations, which often operate with tighter hiring budgets.
Confirm sponsorship intent before the offer stage
Ask directly during the final-round interview whether the specific team has sponsored H-1B or Green Card petitions for Customer Service hires. Waiting until the offer letter costs you time during the 60-day grace period if sponsorship isn't available at that location.
Align your timeline with the H-1B cap cycle
If you need cap-subject H-1B sponsorship, lululemon must file your registration by the March lottery window for an October 1 start date. Plan your job search to produce an offer by February, leaving room for LCA certification with the DOL beforehand.
Build a credentials file specific to retail customer service
Compile documentation of measurable outcomes: retention metrics, satisfaction scores, or team training you've led. lululemon's hiring process for Customer Service roles weights demonstrated impact, and USCIS requires the same evidence for specialty occupation and PERM filings.
Use Migrate Mate to filter verified sponsorship openings
Search Migrate Mate to find lululemon Customer Service roles filtered by visa sponsorship type. This saves you applying to store-level postings that don't have sponsorship budget and focuses your effort on roles where H-1B or Green Card sponsorship has been confirmed.

Find Customer Service at lululemon JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does lululemon sponsor H-1B visas for Customer Service roles?
Yes, lululemon sponsors H-1B visas for Customer Service positions, particularly at the corporate and regional support center level. Store-based educator roles are less consistently sponsored, so confirming sponsorship availability with the specific hiring team early in the process is important. lululemon has filed H-1B petitions across multiple years, reflecting an established sponsorship infrastructure rather than a one-off hiring decision.
How do I apply for Customer Service jobs at lululemon?
Applications go through lululemon's careers portal, where you can filter by job function and location. For sponsored roles, Migrate Mate lets you browse lululemon Customer Service openings already verified for visa sponsorship, which narrows your search before you invest time in a full application. Prepare for a multi-round process that typically includes a values-based interview alongside skill assessment.
Which visa types does lululemon use for Customer Service sponsorship?
lululemon sponsors both H-1B nonimmigrant visas and employment-based Green Cards, including EB-2 and EB-3 classifications, for Customer Service roles. The H-1B is the most common pathway for initial employment. EB-3 is frequently used for permanent residence sponsorship for roles that don't require a graduate degree, which fits many Customer Service positions that emphasize experience over advanced credentials.
What qualifications does lululemon expect for sponsored Customer Service roles?
For roles that qualify for H-1B sponsorship, lululemon typically requires a bachelor's degree in a related field such as business, communications, or a related discipline, plus demonstrated experience in customer-facing environments. Strong familiarity with CRM tools, cross-functional collaboration, and lululemon's community-driven brand approach strengthens an application. USCIS requires the position to meet specialty occupation standards, so roles at the team lead or support center specialist level are better candidates than entry-level store positions.
How do I manage my visa status while waiting for an H-1B decision at lululemon?
If you're transitioning from F-1 OPT, confirm your OPT expiration date against the H-1B cap filing timeline. USCIS allows a cap-gap extension that bridges your status through September 30 if your OPT expires before October 1 and lululemon files a timely petition. Maintain your current status documentation and avoid any unauthorized employment. If you're in a 60-day grace period between roles, you'll need the new lululemon petition filed before that window closes.
