Target roles aligned with Lyra Health's Green Card sponsorship history
Lyra Health has demonstrated a willingness to pursue permanent residency pathways for select hires. Focus your applications on specialized, hard-to-fill roles where long-term retention is in the company's interest, such as clinical, technical, or data-focused positions.
Understand which visa types Lyra Health actually supports
Lyra Health has sponsored EB-2, EB-3, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, and TN visas. If you're on OPT or CPT, your timeline is compatible with their profile, confirm your visa type is supported before applying to avoid wasted effort.
Apply early if you're on OPT with a limited authorization window
Lyra Health's sponsorship volume is selective, so hiring decisions may move slowly. If your OPT expiration is approaching, reach out to the recruiter early to gauge the role's sponsorship eligibility and internal approval timeline before investing heavily in the process.
Highlight clinical or behavioral health expertise in your application
Lyra Health sits at the intersection of insurance and mental health services. Candidates with backgrounds in behavioral health, healthcare operations, or health-tech products are more likely to land roles where sponsorship support is considered a viable investment for the company.
Look for roles where TN eligibility applies
Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying professional categories may be eligible for TN sponsorship at Lyra Health, which is faster and simpler than other work visa pathways. Confirming TN eligibility upfront can make you a lower-friction candidate for recruiters weighing sponsorship complexity.
Find and filter verified Lyra Health openings before applying
Not every posted role at Lyra Health will lead to visa sponsorship. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you identify which Lyra Health listings are genuinely open to international candidates before you spend time applying.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Lyra Health sponsor H-1B visas?
Based on available sponsorship data, Lyra Health has not recently filed H-1B visa petitions. Their documented sponsorship activity centers on Green Card pathways, specifically EB-2 and EB-3, as well as F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, and TN visas. If H-1B visa sponsorship is a requirement for you, confirm current policy directly with Lyra Health's recruiting team before applying, as employer practices can change.
What visa types does Lyra Health sponsor?
Lyra Health has a documented history of sponsoring EB-2 and EB-3 Green Cards, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, and TN visas. Their sponsorship activity is selective rather than high-volume, so roles that receive support tend to be specialized positions where the company has a strong long-term hiring interest. Verifying sponsorship eligibility for a specific role with the recruiter is always advisable.
Which departments or roles at Lyra Health are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Lyra Health's core business is delivering mental health benefits through an insurance model, so roles in clinical operations, behavioral health, healthcare technology, data science, and product development tend to attract the most specialized talent, and are the most likely candidates for sponsorship consideration. Corporate and administrative roles are generally less likely to receive sponsorship support given the company's selective approach.
How do I find open jobs at Lyra Health that sponsor visas?
The most efficient approach is to use Migrate Mate, which aggregates and verifies visa sponsorship data so you can browse Lyra Health openings filtered by sponsorship eligibility. This saves you from applying to roles where international candidates are unlikely to be supported, and helps you prioritize positions that match your specific visa type, whether you're on OPT, CPT, or pursuing a Green Card pathway.
How do I approach the application timeline at Lyra Health as an international candidate?
Because Lyra Health's sponsorship decisions are case-by-case rather than routine, the internal approval process for sponsoring a visa can add time to an already competitive hiring cycle. Raise your visa requirements early in the recruiter conversation, ideally at the first screening stage. If you're on OPT, give yourself a wide buffer between your application date and your authorization expiration to accommodate any delays in the offer or petition process.
