Job Roles at Martinrea International Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Martinrea International Visa Sponsorship USA
Target roles that align with H-1B specialty occupation requirements
Martinrea's sponsorship activity skews toward specialized roles requiring a degree in a specific field. Engineering, finance, and technical operations positions are your strongest entry points, generic or administrative roles are unlikely sponsorship candidates.
Understand that permanent residency is part of their sponsorship picture
Martinrea has sponsored both H-1B and Green Card pathways, signaling they're willing to invest in long-term talent. If you're looking for an employer committed beyond temporary status, that track record is a meaningful indicator.
Position your application for their manufacturing and technical divisions
Martinrea's core business is automotive components manufacturing. Candidates with backgrounds in mechanical engineering, quality assurance, or supply chain management are most likely to be considered for sponsored roles within their U.S. operations.
Be upfront about your visa needs early in the process
Martinrea sponsors selectively, so raising sponsorship early helps both sides avoid wasted time. Mentioning your status in your cover letter or initial recruiter screen signals professionalism and gives the hiring team time to assess feasibility.
Use Migrate Mate to confirm open roles before applying
Sponsorship-willing employers can be hard to identify from job listings alone. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and find current Martinrea openings without guessing whether sponsorship is on the table.
Expect a longer hiring process if Green Card sponsorship is involved
Martinrea's permanent residency sponsorships involve PERM labor certification, which adds months to the timeline. If you're pursuing EB-2 or EB-3 sponsorship, account for this when evaluating offer timelines and your current visa status expiration.

Get Access To All JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Martinrea International sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Martinrea International does sponsor H-1B visas. Their sponsorship tends to focus on specialized technical and professional roles that meet the H-1B specialty occupation standard, meaning a position requiring at least a bachelor's degree in a specific field. Candidates in engineering, finance, or operations-related disciplines are the most likely fits for H-1B consideration at Martinrea.
What visa types does Martinrea International sponsor?
Martinrea International sponsors both H-1B nonimmigrant visas and permanent resident pathways, including EB-2 and EB-3 Green Cards. This combination suggests they're open to sponsoring candidates at different career stages, from skilled workers entering on temporary status to longer-term employees pursuing permanent residency through PERM labor certification.
Which departments or roles at Martinrea International are most likely to offer visa sponsorship?
Given Martinrea's identity as an automotive parts manufacturer, roles in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, quality systems, and supply chain are the most likely candidates for sponsorship. Corporate functions like finance or IT may also see sponsorship activity, particularly for roles requiring a specific technical degree that meets H-1B specialty occupation criteria.
How do I find open visa-sponsored jobs at Martinrea International?
The most reliable approach is to search Migrate Mate, which aggregates jobs from verified sponsoring employers so you can filter specifically for Martinrea International openings. This saves you from applying to roles where sponsorship was never on the table. Once you identify a relevant role, apply directly through Martinrea's careers page and address sponsorship proactively in your cover letter or recruiter outreach.
How do I time my application to Martinrea International given their sponsorship process?
If you're targeting an H-1B, be aware that cap-subject H-1B petitions must be filed by April 1 for an October 1 start date, so your offer and petition filing need to align with that calendar. If Green Card sponsorship is part of your long-term goal, PERM labor certification typically adds six months to a year before an I-140 petition can be filed, so factor that into your planning if you're on a visa with limited extensions.
