Job Roles at Blank Street Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Blank Street Visa Sponsorship USA
Target corporate and operations roles, not barista positions
Blank Street's sponsorship activity is concentrated in professional and managerial roles rather than front-of-house staff. Focus your applications on corporate, supply chain, or operations positions where skilled worker visa eligibility is most likely to apply.
Understand that Blank Street sponsors Green Cards, not H-1B visas
Blank Street's sponsorship history is in permanent residency pathways, not temporary work visas. If you're already in the U.S. with valid work authorization and seeking a long-term sponsor, that makes Blank Street a more relevant target than if you need immediate H-1B sponsorship.
Expect a selective, deliberate sponsorship process
Blank Street sponsors on a case-by-case basis rather than at high volume. Position yourself as a strong long-term fit by emphasizing retention potential, specialized expertise, and genuine alignment with the company's growth trajectory in your application materials.
Research Blank Street's expansion markets before applying
Blank Street is actively expanding in U.S. cities. Roles tied to new market launches or regional operations growth tend to carry more hiring urgency, which can improve your chances of sponsorship consideration in a company that sponsors selectively.
Use Migrate Mate to verify current sponsorship-eligible openings
Blank Street's sponsorship activity can be hard to track through general job searches. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and identify roles where Green Card sponsorship has actually occurred at this company.
Lead with your immigration status early in the process
Because Blank Street sponsors infrequently, ambiguity about your visa needs can stall or end your candidacy. Be upfront about requiring permanent residency sponsorship so hiring managers can assess feasibility before investing heavily in the interview process.

Does Blank Street sponsor H-1B visas?
Based on available sponsorship data, Blank Street does not have a track record of sponsoring H-1B visas. The company's sponsorship activity has been focused on permanent residency pathways, specifically EB-2 and EB-3 Green Cards. If you require H-1B sponsorship, Blank Street is unlikely to be the right fit at this stage of its sponsorship history.
What visa types does Blank Street sponsor?
Blank Street sponsors employment-based Green Cards through the EB-2 and EB-3 preference categories. EB-2 is typically for roles requiring advanced degrees or exceptional ability, while EB-3 covers skilled workers and professionals. Both pathways lead to permanent residency rather than temporary work authorization, making them a longer-term commitment from both the employer and the employee.
What types of roles at Blank Street are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at Blank Street is most likely for corporate, managerial, or specialized operational roles rather than hourly or entry-level cafe positions. In the Food & Beverage industry, companies at Blank Street's stage tend to sponsor roles in areas like supply chain, finance, marketing, and multi-unit operations where finding qualified candidates domestically is more competitive.
How do I find open roles at Blank Street that are eligible for visa sponsorship?
The most reliable way is to use Migrate Mate, which aggregates job listings from verified sponsors and lets you filter specifically by sponsorship history and visa type. Because Blank Street sponsors selectively, filtering by Green Card sponsorship history will help you identify the types of roles where sponsorship has actually been granted rather than guessing from a generic job listing.
How do I approach the application process at Blank Street as a visa sponsorship candidate?
Start by identifying roles aligned with Blank Street's corporate or operations functions, where sponsorship is most plausible. Be transparent about your immigration needs early in the process. Because Blank Street sponsors on a selective basis, your pitch should emphasize specialized skills and long-term commitment to the company, giving hiring managers a clear case for why sponsorship is worth pursuing for your role specifically.
