About Nen Creative

Since 2022, we've partnered with some of the world's top founders and institutions including Amazon, Pear VC, Andreessen Horowitz, Mercor, Context Inc, Netic, Listen Labs, Tech Week, the University of Pittsburgh, Somethings, Mantis VC, Spur, Flora, and more.
We're growing fast and looking for great people to join us.
About the Opportunity
We’re looking for a Creative Producer to serve as both a key client-facing partner and a core driver of project execution from start to finish.
This role sits at the intersection of sales, creative strategy, and project leadership. You’ll often be the first point of contact for new opportunities, helping shape scopes, guide clients through the decision-making process, and bring a strong production perspective to early conversations. Once a project kicks off, you’ll remain closely involved as the main point of contact, partnering with our Director of Production and internal creative leads to keep work moving smoothly and clients confident.
We’re looking for someone who can scope creatively, think critically about how work gets made, and lead clients through the full lifecycle of a project with clarity and good judgment.
You understand how ideas move from concept to execution. You know how to evaluate tradeoffs across speed, cost, craft, partners, formats, and outputs. You’re organized, personable, and able to manage multiple stakeholders while protecting both the client experience and the integrity of the work. This is a remote role.
What You’ll Do
New Business & Scoping
- Serve as the first point of contact for new leads, guiding prospects from inquiry through close
- Lead discovery conversations to understand client goals, timeline, budget, and creative needs
- Scope projects with a strong production lens, balancing ambition with feasibility across budget, timing, resourcing, and output
- Prepare proposals, scopes of work, and pricing in collaboration with leadership and internal creative leads
Client Leadership & Project Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients from kickoff through final delivery
- Lead projects end-to-end, keeping timelines, deliverables, communication, and next steps on track
- Partner closely with the Director of Production and creative team to align on staffing, priorities, and execution
- Identify risks, efficiencies, and executional opportunities early
- Manage client expectations, project changes, and multiple stakeholders with clarity and confidence
Process & Account Growth
- Build strong client relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals
- Maintain accurate project and pipeline records across Airtable and related systems
- Help improve internal processes across intake, scoping, and project management
What We’re Looking For
- 3 to 6 years of experience in creative production, account management, project management, or client services, ideally within an agency, production company, or creative studio
- Strong background in film, video, content production, or campaign execution
- Ability to scope creatively and think strategically about how work gets made
- Strong judgment around production tradeoffs across budget, timeline, creative ambition, and execution
- Confident client-facing presence, able to build trust and lead conversations with clarity
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to keep multiple projects and stakeholders moving at once
- Strong communicator, both verbally and in writing
- Highly organized, proactive, and calm under pressure
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through
Why Join Nen
- Be part of a small, fast-growing creative studio trusted by world-class startups and investors
- Work directly with the partners and production leadership, gaining exposure to both creative and business operations
- Healthcare coverage, PTO, and company holidays
- Salary range $80,000-100,000

Build a Portfolio Aligned With Consulting Deliverables
Creative roles at consulting firms like Nen Creative support client presentations, brand systems, and marketing collateral. Tailor your portfolio to show work that serves a business outcome, not just aesthetic merit. Consulting clients want deliverables that communicate clearly under pressure.
Confirm OPT Authorization Before Applying
If you're on F-1 OPT, verify your Employment Authorization Document lists a job category that matches the Creative role. Nen Creative has sponsored OPT candidates, but your EAD must be active and the role must fall within your authorized occupation before your start date.
Target Creative Roles With Specialty Occupation Language
H-1B eligibility for Creative positions depends on whether the role requires a specific bachelor's degree. Look for Nen Creative job postings that list a degree requirement in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field, not just 'relevant experience.' That language is what USCIS evaluates.
Use Migrate Mate to Filter Nen Creative's Open Creative Roles
Nen Creative posts Creative openings across multiple functions within its consulting practice. Use Migrate Mate to filter specifically for roles at Nen Creative that offer visa sponsorship, so you're only applying to positions where international candidates are actively considered.
Clarify H-1B Timeline With the Hiring Team Early
If you need H-1B sponsorship, the annual cap-subject filing window opens in April and requires USCIS registration in March. Ask the recruiter upfront whether Nen Creative will file a cap-subject petition or if you qualify for a cap-exempt path through a previous H-1B approval.
Request an Offer Letter That Specifies the Role's Degree Requirement
When Nen Creative extends an offer, ensure the written offer or petition support letter explicitly states that the Creative position requires a bachelor's degree in a specific field. USCIS scrutinizes Creative roles closely, and vague language in employer documentation is a common reason for Requests for Evidence.

Find Creative at Nen Creative JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Nen Creative sponsor H-1B visas for Creatives?
Yes, Nen Creative has sponsored H-1B visas for Creative roles. Because these positions fall under USCIS scrutiny as potential specialty occupations, the company's offer and petition documentation must demonstrate that the role requires a specific bachelor's degree. Candidates with degrees in graphic design, visual communications, or a directly related field are best positioned for a successful petition.
How do I apply for Creative jobs at Nen Creative?
Applications for Creative roles at Nen Creative typically go through their careers page or job platforms where they post openings. Before applying, confirm the listing addresses visa sponsorship or reach out to the recruiter directly to clarify. Migrate Mate lets you browse Nen Creative's current Creative openings filtered by visa sponsorship eligibility, which saves time if you need employer support.
Which visa types are commonly used for Creative roles at Nen Creative?
Nen Creative has sponsored both H-1B visas and F-1 OPT for Creative positions. F-1 OPT is the more immediate path if you're currently on a student visa and within your authorized work period. H-1B sponsorship requires the role to qualify as a specialty occupation, which Creative positions can satisfy when the job description requires a specific degree field rather than general qualifications.
What qualifications are expected for Creative roles at Nen Creative?
Creative roles at a consulting firm like Nen Creative typically require a bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, marketing, or a closely related discipline. Beyond the degree, the work demands proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite and experience producing deliverables for business or client contexts, such as pitch decks, brand guidelines, or campaign assets. A portfolio demonstrating that kind of output matters more than academic credentials alone.
How do I plan my timeline if I need H-1B sponsorship for a Creative role at Nen Creative?
Cap-subject H-1B petitions follow a fixed federal calendar: USCIS opens registration in early March, selects registrants by late March, and accepts petitions starting April 1 for an October 1 start date. If you're interviewing with Nen Creative while on OPT, confirm your OPT expiration date and whether you have STEM OPT available, which extends your authorized work period by 24 months and gives you additional H-1B filing cycles.
