About Nen Creative
Nen Creative is an interdisciplinary studio helping tech startups launch bold ideas into the world — building the brands, products, and stories that power their growth.
Since 2022, we've partnered with some of the world’s top founders and institutions — including Amazon, Pear VC, Andreessen Horowitz, Mercor, Context Inc, Netic, Listen Labs, Tech Week, and many more. We’re growing crazy fast and are looking for amazing people to join us!
About the Opportunity
We’re building the studio we always wanted to work at — fast-moving, design-led, and trusted by the best in tech. In a short time, we’ve gone from zero to partnering with Amazon, top VCs, and some of the most ambitious startups in the world.
Now we’re looking for a Brand Designer to lead the creation of bold, modern brand identities and websites for high-growth startups. You’ll join a small, focused team where your work has direct impact on how tomorrow’s companies launch and scale.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the development of brand identities from concept through execution, including logos, typography, color systems, and full brand guidelines
- Design websites in Figma that translate brand strategy into strong digital experiences
- Create client-facing design assets across pitch decks, marketing collateral, social graphics, launch materials, and other brand touchpoints
- Extend brand systems across real-world applications to ensure the work feels cohesive beyond the initial identity
- Present and communicate work directly to clients, helping them make confident creative decisions
- Balance multiple design explorations with high-level craft and attention to detail
- Partner with creative directors, strategists, and PMs to ensure design outcomes align with client goals
- Drive visual consistency across brands, websites, decks, and marketing design projects
What We’re Looking For
- 2-4 years of experience in brand design (agency or studio preferred)
-
A strong portfolio that showcases:
-
Brand identities created from scratch (not just refreshes or marketing visuals)
- Website design that feels modern, clean, and built for tech/startup audiences
- Confidence in client communication — you can present work, explain rationale, and guide non-designers through decisions
- Strong grasp of typography, layout, and composition with a modern, tech-forward aesthetic
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team in a fast-paced environment
Bonus Points
- Experience in Webflow or hands-on website building
- Motion, 3D, or illustration skills
- Marketing design experience across campaigns, social, or advertising
- Comfort working in unstructured, high-growth environments
Why Join Nen Creative
- Be part of a small, fast-growing studio trusted by world-class startups and investors
- Work directly with top founders shaping the future of tech
- Clear growth path as we scale
- Remote-friendly, flexible, and entrepreneurial environment
- Healthcare, PTO, 401K

Target roles that align with specialty occupation standards
Nen Creative operates in consulting and professional services, where H-1B sponsorship requires roles that meet specialty occupation criteria. Focus your applications on positions requiring a specific bachelor's degree or higher to strengthen your eligibility case.
Highlight F-1 OPT experience when applying
Nen Creative has sponsored F-1 OPT workers, meaning they're open to candidates already on student work authorization. If you're on OPT, lead with that status early in your application, it lowers the immediate barrier for the employer.
Prepare for a consulting-style interview process
Consulting firms typically assess problem-solving, client communication, and industry knowledge during interviews. Tailor your preparation to demonstrate how your specialized skills deliver measurable value, which also reinforces the specialty occupation argument for H-1B purposes.
Reach out before roles are publicly listed
Smaller consulting firms like Nen Creative often hire through networks before posting roles publicly. A direct, professional outreach to their team explaining your visa status and specific skill set can open conversations that never make it to a job board.
Verify sponsorship history before applying
Not every consulting firm sponsors consistently across all roles. Confirm Nen Creative's sponsorship track record for the specific role type you're targeting. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history before investing time in an application.
Understand the H-1B timeline relative to your OPT expiration
If you're transitioning from F-1 OPT to H-1B at Nen Creative, timing matters. Map out your OPT end date against the H-1B cap filing window in April to ensure there's no gap in your work authorization during the transition period.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Nen Creative sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Nen Creative sponsors H-1B visas. The company has an established history of filing H-1B petitions for qualified international workers in the Consulting and Professional Services industry. Roles that qualify tend to require specialized knowledge and a relevant degree, meeting the specialty occupation standard the H-1B program requires.
What visa types does Nen Creative sponsor?
Nen Creative sponsors both H-1B visas and F-1 OPT work authorization. This makes them accessible to a range of international candidates, from recent graduates on Optional Practical Training to experienced professionals seeking full H-1B sponsorship. If you hold either status, Nen Creative is worth targeting in your job search.
What types of roles at Nen Creative are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Given Nen Creative's consulting and professional services focus, sponsored roles are most commonly those requiring specialized expertise, think strategy, creative direction, project management, or technical consulting functions. Positions with a clear degree-to-role connection fare best under H-1B standards, so emphasize how your academic background directly supports the work you'd be doing.
How do I find open visa-sponsored jobs at Nen Creative?
The most reliable way is to use Migrate Mate, which aggregates and verifies visa sponsorship data so you can browse open roles at companies like Nen Creative with confidence. This saves you the guesswork of applying to employers who don't actually sponsor. Filter by visa type and industry to surface the most relevant opportunities for your situation.
How do I approach the application process at Nen Creative as an international candidate?
Be upfront about your visa status early, Nen Creative has sponsored international workers before, so it won't be a surprise. Consulting firms value clarity and professionalism, so a concise note in your application explaining your current status, work authorization timeline, and what sponsorship you'd need signals that you've done your homework and reduces friction for their hiring team.
