- Establish in-plant technologies such as automated assembly and inspection and deploy it to other lines.
- Work with a team, following PDCA cycle, to achieve plant targets and KPI's.
- Defines, schedules, implements, monitors and standardizes improvements.
- Performs costs estimates for improvement ideas, including equipment, tooling, packaging and installation cost with supervision.
- Be able to communicate and present improvement plans to senior level executives.
