Target clinical and allied health roles first
Fisher Titus Medical Center's sponsorship activity is concentrated in patient-facing and clinical support roles. Prioritize applications in nursing, therapy, radiology, and similar healthcare disciplines where the medical center has historically supported visa candidates.
Understand the Green Card pathway is well-established
Fisher Titus has a strong track record with permanent residency sponsorship, particularly EB-2 and EB-3 categories. Healthcare professionals pursuing long-term U.S. settlement should ask directly about immigrant visa pathways during the hiring process.
Confirm H-1B eligibility for your specific role
Fisher Titus does sponsor H-1B visas, but approvals depend heavily on whether your role qualifies as a specialty occupation. Clinical roles tied to a specific degree field, such as physical therapy or pharmacy, tend to meet this bar more cleanly.
Check if your OPT or CPT can bridge to full sponsorship
Fisher Titus supports F-1 OPT and CPT candidates, making it a viable option for international students entering healthcare. Use this as a foot in the door, strong performers are more likely to receive H-1B or Green Card sponsorship when their authorization expires.
Search for open roles using a verified sponsorship filter
Not all healthcare job postings mention visa sponsorship upfront. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, saving you from applying to roles where international candidates are routinely screened out.
Canadian and Mexican healthcare professionals should explore TN status
Fisher Titus sponsors TN visas, which offer a faster and less expensive path for qualifying Canadian and Mexican professionals. Roles like physical therapist, pharmacist, and medical technologist often qualify under TN categories, making this worth exploring before pursuing H-1B.
