What You’ll Do as the Open Access Clinician:
Primary responsibilities include:
- Complete comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments for clients of all ages presenting for mental health and substance use services in an outpatient setting
- Join clients and families in developing strengths-based individualized treatment goals
- Make referrals to services following assessment
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team that includes the client, family, referral sources, and other providers within Oaklawn
- Some evening hours are expected
Minimum Hiring Requirements:
- LSW/LMHC-a/LMFT-a required
- LCSW, LMHC, LMFT highly preferred
- Experience working with targeted population highly preferred
