Frame your support experience around brand voice
Red Bull hires Customer Support candidates who can mirror its brand tone, not just resolve tickets. Document examples of how you've represented a consumer brand under pressure. Generic call-center experience won't differentiate you here.
Target roles that map to specialty occupation criteria
H-1B sponsorship requires your role to qualify as a specialty occupation. For Customer Support, positions with technical troubleshooting, B2B account ownership, or platform expertise are more defensible than tier-one generalist roles when USCIS reviews the petition.
Ask about sponsorship timing before accepting any offer
Red Bull's hiring cycles don't always align with H-1B cap filing windows in April. Confirm whether the role is cap-exempt or if your start date accounts for the October 1 effective date before signing anything.
Use Migrate Mate to filter Red Bull Customer Support openings
Not every job board surfaces sponsorship-eligible postings accurately. Use Migrate Mate to browse verified Customer Support openings at Red Bull filtered by visa sponsorship type, so you're applying to roles that match your authorization situation.
Get your LCA-relevant documents in order early
Once Red Bull's HR team commits to sponsorship, the employer files a Labor Condition Application with the DOL before your H-1B petition can move forward. Have your credential evaluations, transcripts, and employment history ready so you don't create delays on your end.
Prepare for PERM scrutiny if pursuing a Green Card
EB-2 and EB-3 pathways require Red Bull to complete a PERM labor certification showing no qualified U.S. workers are available for your specific role. Customer Support positions face close scrutiny here, so your specialized skills and prior experience need to be clearly reflected in your job description.

Does Red Bull sponsor H-1B visas for Customer Supports?
Yes, Red Bull sponsors H-1B visas for Customer Support roles, though not every position in this function qualifies. H-1B sponsorship is more straightforward for roles that involve technical troubleshooting, enterprise account support, or platform-specific expertise where a relevant bachelor's degree is a standard requirement. Generalist tier-one support roles can face more scrutiny from USCIS when establishing specialty occupation status.
How do I apply for Customer Support jobs at Red Bull?
Apply directly through Red Bull's careers site or use Migrate Mate to find Customer Support openings at Red Bull that are flagged for visa sponsorship eligibility. Before applying, tailor your resume to reflect brand-facing support experience and any technical or platform-specific skills the role requires. Clearly signal your visa situation early in the process so Red Bull's HR team can confirm sponsorship availability before you invest significant time.
Which visa types does Red Bull commonly use for Customer Support roles?
Red Bull primarily sponsors H-1B visas for Customer Support professionals, with EB-2 and EB-3 immigrant visa pathways available for candidates pursuing permanent residency. H-1B is the most common route for initial work authorization. EB-3 is particularly relevant for Customer Support roles that may not meet the advanced degree threshold required for EB-2, making it a practical long-term pathway for this function.
What qualifications does Red Bull look for in sponsored Customer Support candidates?
Red Bull typically looks for a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, communications, or information technology, combined with demonstrated experience supporting a consumer or technology brand. For sponsored roles, the degree-to-job match matters because it directly affects H-1B specialty occupation eligibility. Bilingual skills, CRM platform proficiency, and experience with high-volume B2C environments strengthen your profile significantly.
How do I plan my timeline if I need H-1B sponsorship through Red Bull?
H-1B cap-subject petitions must be filed in April for an October 1 start date, so if you're not already on an active work visa, you'll need to secure an offer several months before April. If you're currently on OPT, your 60-day grace period won't pause the clock if your OPT expires before October 1. Confirm with Red Bull's HR team whether they'll file for premium processing, which USCIS adjudicates within 15 business days and removes significant uncertainty from your start date planning.
