Frame your credentials around U.S. management standards
Red Bull's Customer Service Management roles typically require demonstrated experience leading teams and owning service performance metrics. Translate your previous management titles and KPIs into language that maps directly to U.S. job descriptions before you apply.
Target Red Bull's regional operations hubs first
Red Bull concentrates its Customer Service Management hiring around its U.S. distribution and commercial operations centers. Filtering your search by those locations puts you in front of roles where sponsorship infrastructure already exists, rather than markets where it's less established.
Understand what H-1B specialty occupation means for this role
Customer Service Management must qualify as a specialty occupation under USCIS rules, meaning your position needs to require at least a bachelor's degree in a specific field. Operations management, business administration, or a related degree typically satisfies this requirement for senior-level roles.
Time your application around H-1B cap registration
If you need a new H-1B, USCIS registration opens in March each year for an October 1 start date. Securing a Red Bull offer by late January gives your employer time to prepare before the registration window closes, avoiding a full year's delay.
Ask about EB-2 or EB-3 sponsorship during offer negotiation
Red Bull has sponsored both EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card categories for employees. Once you have an offer, confirm whether the company initiates the PERM labor certification process, and clarify the typical timeline from hire to petition filing.
Browse Red Bull sponsorship roles through Migrate Mate
Use Migrate Mate to filter Customer Service Management openings at Red Bull by visa type, so you're only applying to roles where H-1B or Green Card sponsorship is confirmed rather than assumed.

Find Customer Service Management at Red Bull JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Red Bull sponsor H-1B visas for Customer Service Managements?
Yes, Red Bull sponsors H-1B visas for Customer Service Management roles. The role needs to qualify as a specialty occupation under USCIS guidelines, which generally requires the position to demand at least a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration or operations management. Senior-level management roles typically meet this threshold without issue.
How do I apply for Customer Service Management jobs at Red Bull?
Apply directly through Red Bull's careers portal, where Customer Service Management roles are listed by region and function. You can also use Migrate Mate to find and filter Red Bull openings specifically confirmed for visa sponsorship, which saves time compared to researching each listing individually. Tailor your application to Red Bull's brand-led culture and include concrete team leadership and service performance results.
Which visa types does Red Bull use for Customer Service Management roles?
Red Bull sponsors both nonimmigrant and immigrant visa categories for this function. H-1B is the most common nonimmigrant path for management roles requiring a bachelor's degree or higher. For employees seeking permanent residence, Red Bull has used the EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card categories, which require the company to complete PERM labor certification with the Department of Labor before filing an immigrant petition with USCIS.
What qualifications does Red Bull expect for Customer Service Management roles?
Red Bull typically looks for candidates with a bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field, combined with direct experience managing customer service teams in a fast-moving consumer goods or distribution environment. Strong familiarity with service metrics, workforce scheduling, and cross-functional coordination is expected. Experience in a brand-oriented or field operations context aligns well with how Red Bull structures these teams.
How do I navigate the sponsorship timeline for a Red Bull Customer Service Management offer?
If you're on OPT or another authorized status, start conversations about sponsorship before your current authorization expires. For H-1B, USCIS registration happens in March and employment begins October 1, so your offer needs to be in place well before then. If Red Bull initiates Green Card sponsorship through PERM, expect the DOL labor certification process alone to take several months before the immigrant petition can be filed.
