We are looking for a Corporate Development & Research Associate to join the CFO’s office. This role is a hybrid of finance, legal, and business development responsibilities — perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of research, strategy, and deal execution. You’ll support the CFO with industry analysis, company research, financial modeling, legal due diligence, and partnership development, helping drive high-impact strategic initiatives and corporate growth.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct industry and competitor research, including market trends, financial benchmarks, and regulatory updates.
- Build financial models and evaluate business cases for potential partnerships, investments, or acquisitions.
- Assist with legal and compliance research, supporting contract reviews, due diligence, and corporate structuring projects.
- Prepare investment memos, board materials, and business proposals for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support business development initiatives — from identifying targets and outreach to partnership discussions and deal execution.
- Coordinate with external advisors (law firms, accounting firms, bankers) and internal teams (Finance, Legal, Operations).
- Track and report on ongoing projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Law, Accounting, or Business.
- 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, corporate development, private equity/venture capital, or corporate strategy.

- A strong analytical thinker with attention to detail and the ability to distill complex financial and legal information.
- Comfortable navigating financial data, legal documents, and strategic discussions.
- Naturally curious and resourceful — you enjoy digging deep into research but can also move projects forward in a business context.

- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to grow within a dynamic corporate environment.

Job Roles at Richtech Robotics Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Richtech Robotics Visa Sponsorship USA
Target roles that align with robotics development
Richtech Robotics operates at the intersection of hardware, software, and AI. Focus your application on engineering and technical roles, where H-1B sponsorship is most likely to be available and directly tied to the company's core product work.
Understand the retail deployment angle
Richtech's robots are built for retail and hospitality environments. Candidates who can speak to commercial deployment, customer-facing automation, or service robotics use cases will stand out beyond pure research or lab-focused experience.
Apply early in the hiring cycle
For H-1B sponsorship, employers need to plan around USCIS filing deadlines in April. Engaging with Richtech Robotics several months before the cap season opens gives both sides time to complete the petition process.
Demonstrate hands-on robotics or AI experience
Richtech Robotics values practical, applied skills over academic credentials alone. Highlight experience with robot operating systems, computer vision, or real-world deployment environments to make a strong case for sponsorship consideration.
Search for open roles through verified sponsorship data
Not every job posting indicates whether sponsorship is available. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you identify Richtech Robotics openings with confidence before applying.
Treat the offer stage as the sponsorship conversation
Richtech Robotics sponsors selectively, so raise the H-1B question once there is genuine mutual interest, not in early screening calls. Coming prepared with a clear timeline and basic knowledge of the H-1B process helps the conversation go smoothly.

Get Access To All JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Richtech Robotics sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Richtech Robotics sponsors H-1B visas. The company has an active sponsorship history, primarily supporting technical and engineering roles aligned with its robotics and AI product development. Sponsorship is selective rather than high-volume, so candidates with directly relevant technical skills are best positioned to secure an H-1B offer from the company.
What types of roles at Richtech Robotics are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at Richtech Robotics has historically supported technical positions in areas like software engineering, robotics development, and AI. Given the company's focus on deploying autonomous service robots in retail settings, roles requiring specialized skills in areas such as computer vision, robot control systems, or embedded software carry the strongest case for H-1B sponsorship.
How do I know if Richtech Robotics is currently hiring sponsored roles?
Job postings do not always specify whether H-1B sponsorship is available. Migrate Mate aggregates roles from companies with verified sponsorship track records, including Richtech Robotics, so you can browse current openings with confidence that the employer has a history of sponsoring international workers. Checking there regularly is the most reliable approach.
How do I approach the H-1B sponsorship conversation with Richtech Robotics?
Raise sponsorship after demonstrating clear value during the interview process, not at the initial screening stage. Come prepared with a basic understanding of H-1B timelines, including the April filing window and October start date. Framing yourself as a low-friction hire by knowing the process helps smaller companies like Richtech Robotics feel more confident moving forward.
Does Richtech Robotics sponsor Green Cards?
Richtech Robotics's sponsorship activity has been concentrated in H-1B visas rather than Green Card petitions. Green Card sponsorship is generally pursued after an employee has established tenure with a company. It is worth discussing long-term immigration support directly with the hiring team once you have secured an H-1B offer and begun your role.
