Reviews information from all sources (chart, team report, patient evaluation, etc.) prior to initiating treatment and completes a comprehensive therapy evaluation appropriate to the age and developmental level of the patient to identify skilled therapy needs.

Able to recognize the impact of diagnosis or injury on the lifespan trajectory.
