Match your credentials to USMCA profession categories
Before applying, verify your occupation appears on the USMCA TN professions list. Beebe hires across clinical disciplines, but your degree and job title must align precisely with a listed category. A mismatch at the border causes immediate denial with no appeal window.
Target clinical departments with recurring vacancies
Beebe Healthcare's coastal Delaware location creates steady turnover in bedside nursing, rehabilitation, and medical laboratory roles. Focus your search on these departments, where TN-eligible positions open repeatedly and hiring managers have existing familiarity with TN admission requirements for clinical staff.
Request a detailed support letter covering all USMCA elements
Beebe's offer letter must specify your profession category, job duties, qualifying degree, anticipated duration, and employer details. A letter missing any element can delay your border crossing. Confirm with HR that the letter explicitly names the USMCA profession category matching your role.
Verify your prevailing wage before salary negotiations
Use the OFLC Wage Search to look up the prevailing wage for your specific occupation and Sussex County, Delaware before accepting an offer. TN has no formal wage floor, but a salary significantly below market can invite scrutiny at the port of entry about the legitimacy of the position.
Use Migrate Mate to confirm Beebe's TN hiring history
Search Beebe Healthcare on Migrate Mate to see which USMCA-eligible roles they've historically supported and which departments are actively hiring TN professionals. That context helps you prioritize job applications and approach interviews knowing exactly where TN admissions have succeeded at this employer.
Prepare your O*NET occupation profile for border presentation
Canadian nationals entering at a land border or airport can be questioned about how their duties qualify under a specific TN category. Printing your O*NET occupation profile and highlighting duties that match your Beebe job description gives the CBP officer concrete documentation to approve the admission.
Beebe Healthcare TN Visa Sponsorship: Frequently Asked Questions
Does Beebe Healthcare sponsor TN visas?
Yes. Beebe Healthcare supports TN admission for Canadian and Mexican nationals in USMCA-eligible clinical and allied health roles. Rather than filing a petition, Beebe issues a qualifying offer letter that you present at a U.S. port of entry or consulate. Eligible roles are limited to occupations on the USMCA professions list, which covers many of Beebe's core clinical positions.
Which roles at Beebe Healthcare typically qualify for TN admission?
Nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, medical technology, and clinical laboratory science are among the roles at Beebe that align with USMCA TN profession categories. Beebe's rehabilitation and diagnostic imaging departments are consistent hiring areas where TN-eligible candidates have the strongest fit. Administrative and non-clinical support roles generally do not qualify.
How do I start the TN process after receiving a Beebe Healthcare offer?
Once Beebe extends a job offer, ask HR to prepare a formal support letter that identifies your USMCA profession category, job duties, degree, and employment duration. Canadian nationals present this letter directly at a U.S. border crossing or pre-clearance site. Mexican nationals schedule a visa interview at a U.S. consulate in Mexico before traveling.
How long does TN admission take at Beebe Healthcare?
Canadian nationals approved at the border receive TN admission the same day, making the process significantly faster than employer-petitioned visas. Mexican nationals must factor in consular appointment availability, which can range from a few weeks to several months depending on the consulate. Beebe's HR team can typically prepare the support letter within one to two weeks of an accepted offer.
How do I find open TN-eligible jobs at Beebe Healthcare?
Search Beebe Healthcare on Migrate Mate to find roles where TN admission has historically been supported and to identify which clinical departments are currently hiring. Cross-reference open positions against the USMCA professions list before applying, and confirm TN eligibility with the recruiter early in the process to avoid advancing through interviews for a role that doesn't qualify.
How does TN visa admission work at Beebe Healthcare?
TN status is granted under the USMCA treaty — there is no USCIS petition or Labor Condition Application required. Canadian citizens can apply directly at a U.S. port of entry with an offer letter from Beebe Healthcare, while Mexican citizens must first obtain a TN visa at a U.S. consulate. The role must match one of the professions listed in USMCA Appendix 1603.D.1. Migrate Mate filters TN job listings to roles that fall within the eligible profession list.
