Match your credentials to USMCA professions
Before applying, confirm your occupation appears on the USMCA TN professions list. Community Health Network hires across clinical disciplines, but TN admission is only available for specific roles like registered nurse, physical therapist, or medical technologist, not every healthcare title.
Target departments with recurring TN hires
Focus your search on Community Health Network's clinical operations, rehabilitation services, and allied health teams. These departments consistently fill roles that map cleanly to USMCA-qualifying occupations, giving your TN offer letter the strongest foundation for admission at the border or consulate.
Prepare your credential verification documents early
Community Health Network will expect proof that your qualifications meet both U.S. licensing standards and the USMCA educational requirement. Canadian nurses, for example, need an active state license or a VisaScreen certificate before the offer letter carries weight at the port of entry.
Use Migrate Mate to find active TN openings
Searching broadly misses roles where Community Health Network actively supports TN admission. Migrate Mate filters job listings by visa type and employer history, so you can identify which Community Health Network positions are genuinely open to TN candidates before you reach out.
Align your offer letter to the role's TN category
When Community Health Network issues your offer letter, the job title and duties must align precisely with the TN category you're entering under. A mismatch between your listed responsibilities and the USMCA occupation definition is one of the most common reasons for refusal at the border.
Understand the difference between Canadian and Mexican entry
Canadian nationals present their Community Health Network offer letter directly at a U.S. port of entry. Mexican nationals must apply at a U.S. consulate in advance and receive a TN visa stamp. Factor consulate appointment availability into your start date conversation with the hiring team.
Community Health Network TN Visa Sponsorship: Frequently Asked Questions
Does Community Health Network sponsor TN visas?
Community Health Network supports TN admission by issuing offer letters for eligible Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying healthcare roles. TN is treaty-based, so there's no USCIS petition involved. Community Health Network confirms the job offer and professional category, and you present that documentation at the border or consulate to gain admission.
Which roles at Community Health Network typically qualify for TN admission?
Roles most commonly supported include registered nurses, physical and occupational therapists, medical technologists, and certain management positions in healthcare administration. Eligibility depends on whether your specific job title maps to an occupation on the USMCA TN professions list, so confirm the match before applying. Not every clinical or administrative title qualifies.
How do I start the TN process with Community Health Network?
Once you receive a job offer, Community Health Network prepares an offer letter describing your role, duties, and professional category. Canadian nationals take that letter directly to a U.S. port of entry. Mexican nationals use it to apply for a TN visa at a U.S. consulate. USCIS is not involved in either path. Migrate Mate can help you identify open roles where Community Health Network supports this process.
How long does TN admission take at Community Health Network?
For Canadian nationals, admission is typically granted the same day at the port of entry if documentation is in order. Mexican nationals must account for consulate appointment wait times, which vary by location and season. Build that lead time into your start date discussion with Community Health Network's hiring team to avoid gaps between your offer and your authorized start.
What credentials do I need before Community Health Network can issue a TN offer letter?
You'll need proof that your qualifications meet the USMCA educational requirement for your specific occupation, along with any required U.S. state license or certification. For nursing roles, a VisaScreen certificate or active state license is typically required. Gathering credential evaluations and licensure documentation before you begin interviews at Community Health Network speeds up the offer and onboarding timeline significantly.
How does TN visa admission work at Community Health Network?
TN status is granted under the USMCA treaty — there is no USCIS petition or Labor Condition Application required. Canadian citizens can apply directly at a U.S. port of entry with an offer letter from Community Health Network, while Mexican citizens must first obtain a TN visa at a U.S. consulate. The role must match one of the professions listed in USMCA Appendix 1603.D.1. Migrate Mate filters TN job listings to roles that fall within the eligible profession list.
