Verify your credential meets USMCA standards
TN admission for healthcare roles at HealthPRO Heritage requires a degree that maps directly to a listed USMCA profession. Cross-reference your credential against the USMCA professions list before applying, since a physical therapist assistant degree won't qualify where a physical therapist degree will.
Target rehab-focused service lines first
HealthPRO Heritage staffs therapy services across skilled nursing facilities, schools, and home health settings. Roles in physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology align most consistently with TN-eligible professions, so filtering your job search to those departments improves your chances of landing a TN-supported offer.
Request a detailed offer letter early
Your offer letter is the core document for TN admission. Ask HealthPRO Heritage's recruiting team to confirm the letter includes your job title, USMCA profession category, employment duration, and a description of duties. Border officers and consular officers scrutinize all four elements, and missing any one can result in a same-day denial.
Check wage alignment using OFLC Wage Search
Before your border or consulate appointment, confirm your offered salary meets the prevailing wage for your occupation and work location using the OFLC Wage Search. A wage below the local prevailing rate raises questions about the legitimacy of the offer and can complicate TN admission even with a clean offer letter.
Use Migrate Mate to identify HealthPRO Heritage openings
Find HealthPRO Heritage roles that historically support TN admission by searching Migrate Mate, which surfaces jobs filtered for TN-eligible employers in healthcare. This saves time you'd otherwise spend confirming sponsorship willingness role by role through cold outreach to recruiters.
Prepare your license documentation for each state
HealthPRO Heritage places clinicians across multiple states, and each state requires its own active license before you can practice. Confirm your professional license is current and valid in the specific state where the role is located before your TN admission appointment, since an expired or mismatched license undermines your qualification documentation.
HealthPRO Heritage TN Visa Sponsorship: Frequently Asked Questions
Does HealthPRO Heritage sponsor TN visas?
HealthPRO Heritage supports TN admission by issuing offer letters for qualified Canadian and Mexican professionals in USMCA-listed healthcare occupations. The company doesn't file a petition or interact with USCIS on your behalf. You present the offer letter at a U.S. port of entry or consulate, where a CBP officer or consular officer grants TN status directly.
Which roles at HealthPRO Heritage are eligible for TN admission?
Physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists are the roles most consistently supported for TN admission at HealthPRO Heritage, since all three appear on the USMCA professions list with clear degree requirements. Physical therapist assistants and occupational therapy assistants do not qualify under TN, so the distinction between therapist and assistant credentials matters significantly when applying.
How do I start the TN process after receiving a HealthPRO Heritage offer?
Once you have a written offer letter from HealthPRO Heritage confirming your job title, USMCA profession category, duties, and employment period, you can proceed directly to a U.S. port of entry if you're Canadian or schedule a consular appointment if you're Mexican. No USCIS filing is involved. Bring your offer letter, degree credentials, and professional license documentation to the appointment.
How long does TN admission take when working with HealthPRO Heritage?
Canadian applicants presenting at a U.S. land border or airport can receive TN status the same day if documents are in order. Mexican applicants must schedule a consular interview, which adds scheduling lead time that varies by consulate. HealthPRO Heritage's offer letter issuance timeline depends on how quickly their recruiting team processes your paperwork after an offer is extended.
How do I find open TN-eligible jobs at HealthPRO Heritage?
Migrate Mate lists HealthPRO Heritage openings filtered for TN-eligible healthcare roles, so you can identify relevant positions without manually confirming sponsorship willingness for each listing. Once you've identified a role, confirm directly with HealthPRO Heritage's recruiter that the position supports TN admission before investing time in the interview process.
How does TN visa admission work at HealthPRO Heritage?
TN status is granted under the USMCA treaty — there is no USCIS petition or Labor Condition Application required. Canadian citizens can apply directly at a U.S. port of entry with an offer letter from HealthPRO Heritage, while Mexican citizens must first obtain a TN visa at a U.S. consulate. The role must match one of the professions listed in USMCA Appendix 1603.D.1. Migrate Mate filters TN job listings to roles that fall within the eligible profession list.
