Match your credentials to USMCA categories
HealthRIGHT 360 hires across behavioral health, nursing, and social services, but TN admission only covers roles on the USMCA professions list. Verify your exact job title maps to a listed category before applying, since a mismatch at the border can result in immediate refusal.
Request a detailed offer letter early
HealthRIGHT 360's offer letter must specify your USMCA profession category, job duties, and employer details. Ask HR to include this language before your border appointment, not after. Gaps or vague duty descriptions are among the most common reasons CBP officers question TN admissibility.
Find HealthRIGHT 360 openings through Migrate Mate
Migrate Mate surfaces HealthRIGHT 360 roles filtered for TN-eligible candidates, so you're not sorting through positions that don't fit your work authorization. Search by occupation and location to identify which teams are actively hiring TN professionals in healthcare and behavioral health.
Prepare licensure documentation for clinical roles
HealthRIGHT 360 operates licensed clinical programs, so CBP will expect proof of active U.S. state licensure or eligibility for roles like registered nurse or social worker. Gather your credential evaluation, state board confirmation, and any pending license documentation before scheduling your port-of-entry appointment.
Understand the Canadian versus Mexican admission difference
Canadian nationals can seek TN admission directly at a U.S. land border or airport with HealthRIGHT 360's offer letter. Mexican nationals must obtain a TN visa stamp at a U.S. consulate first. Plan your timeline around consular appointment availability, which can run several weeks depending on location.
Align your degree field to behavioral health job duties
TN admission for counseling or social service roles requires that your degree field directly matches the position's duties. HealthRIGHT 360 integrates clinical and administrative functions, so confirm with HR that your job description clearly reflects a qualifying profession, not a hybrid role that blurs USMCA eligibility.
HealthRIGHT 360 TN Visa Sponsorship: Frequently Asked Questions
Does HealthRIGHT 360 sponsor TN visas?
HealthRIGHT 360 supports TN admission for qualified Canadian and Mexican nationals by issuing offer letters for eligible roles. Because TN is treaty-based admission under USMCA rather than an employer petition, HealthRIGHT 360 doesn't file with USCIS. You present the offer letter at the border or U.S. consulate to obtain TN status directly.
Which roles at HealthRIGHT 360 typically qualify for TN admission?
HealthRIGHT 360 hires across behavioral health, nursing, counseling, and social services, many of which align with USMCA professions like registered nurse, social worker, and psychologist. Clinical and allied health positions are the most common fit. Roles that blend administrative and clinical duties may face closer scrutiny at the port of entry, so confirm your job title maps cleanly to a listed USMCA category.
How do I start the TN process with HealthRIGHT 360 after receiving a job offer?
Once HealthRIGHT 360 extends an offer, ask HR for a detailed support letter specifying your USMCA profession category, job duties, salary, and employment start date. Canadian nationals then present this letter at a U.S. port of entry. Mexican nationals schedule a consular appointment to obtain a TN visa stamp before traveling. No USCIS petition is required for either nationality.
How long does TN admission take when working with HealthRIGHT 360?
Canadian nationals can typically receive TN admission the same day at a land border or airport, assuming documentation is complete and the CBP officer approves. Mexican nationals face longer timelines tied to consular appointment availability, which can range from a few weeks to longer depending on the consulate. Migrate Mate can help you track which roles at HealthRIGHT 360 are actively hiring so you can plan around these timelines.
What documentation should I bring to support my TN admission for a HealthRIGHT 360 role?
Bring HealthRIGHT 360's offer letter, your passport, proof of your qualifying degree or professional credentials, and any active state license required for the role. For clinical positions, CBP may also ask for a credential evaluation confirming your foreign degree meets U.S. equivalency standards. Having organized, complete documentation significantly reduces the risk of delays or secondary inspection at the port of entry.
How does TN visa admission work at HealthRIGHT 360?
TN status is granted under the USMCA treaty — there is no USCIS petition or Labor Condition Application required. Canadian citizens can apply directly at a U.S. port of entry with an offer letter from HealthRIGHT 360, while Mexican citizens must first obtain a TN visa at a U.S. consulate. The role must match one of the professions listed in USMCA Appendix 1603.D.1. Migrate Mate filters TN job listings to roles that fall within the eligible profession list.
