Job Description:
- Develop and track project plans for multiple concurrent team projects in collaboration with team members and departments, maintaining clear visibility into objectives, priorities, dependencies, and timelines across the portfolio
- Own the tracking of projects from concept, requirements definition through to deployment and implementation: identification of schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation and flagging constraints
- Maintain detailed sub-task tracking within each project using standard tracking tools and approved programs, ensuring all tasks are assigned, dated, and actively monitored
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to approved scope, published schedule, and within approved budget
- Analyze critical path items — identify project scope gaps or resource issues, work with team members to implement mitigation plans and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements and main objectives can be met
- Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, departments, vendors and teams, providing regular (weekly, monthly) updates on project status and changes through approved formats and programs.
Responsibilities
Project Tracking & Execution
- Maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle — measure against quality and performance standards and assess risks
- Simultaneously manage and track multiple active projects, maintaining a consolidated view of status, milestones, risks, and blockers across the full portfolio
- Build and maintain detailed MILs (Master Issue Lists) for each project, capturing all sub-tasks with owners, due dates, priority levels, and completion status
- Proactively follow up with individual team members on assigned tasks, identifying at-risk items early and escalating or re-prioritizing as needed
- Generate and distribute regular status reports (weekly/biweekly) that clearly flag tasks not completed on time, root causes, and proposed corrective actions
- Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan
Vendor Management & Procurement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors on active projects — conduct regular check-ins to track progress against agreed milestones and deliverables
- Follow up with vendors on individual project status updates, hold vendors accountable to committed timelines, and escalate delays with documented impact assessments
- Coordinate vendor support activities including scoping work, collecting and evaluating competitive quotes, and managing the full quote-to-approval process which may include vendor onboarding
- Prepare and submit Purchase Order (PO) requests in accordance with Apple procurement processes, ensuring all required documentation and approvals are in place prior to submission
- Track vendor PO status and delivery commitments, flagging discrepancies and working with procurement and finance stakeholders to resolve them quickly
- Develop and maintain partnerships with cross-functional resources, including vendors, suppliers and consultants
Resource & Stakeholder Coordination
- Identify, request, and schedule internal resources (engineering, operations, facilities, etc.) needed to support project tasks and milestones
- Proactively identify and highlight resource conflicts across the project portfolio and work with team leads to resolve constraints before they impact delivery
- Monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables — identify gaps to management team
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners to align on expectations, timelines, and deliverables at every stage of the project lifecycle
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Four or more years of project or program management experience, with demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects simultaneously
- Hands-on experience with MIL-based tracking or equivalent structured issue/task tracking methodologies; familiarity with standard program management tools and software strongly preferred
- Proven ability to track, manage, and report on sub-tasks across complex, multi-workstream projects
- Experience in managing cross-functional operation or technology/equipment development projects
- Strong track record of vendor management, including milestone tracking, performance accountability, and procurement coordination (quotes, SOWs, PO requests)
- Experience navigating internal procurement processes including PO submission, approval workflows, and budget tracking
- Strong attention to policy, protocols, deadlines and budgetary guidelines
- Proven success working with and coordinating across cross-functional teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce clear, high-level summaries for both executive audiences and technical teams

Match your degree to USMCA professions
TN eligibility at a tech consultancy like Inabia depends on your degree field aligning with a recognized USMCA profession. Use O*NET to confirm your target role's classification before applying, since a mismatch between your credentials and the job title is the most common TN refusal trigger.
Request a detailed offer letter early
Inabia's offer letter must specify your USMCA profession category, job duties, employment duration, and salary. Ask the hiring team to confirm these details before your border or consulate appointment. Vague duty descriptions are a leading cause of TN denials, even for otherwise qualified candidates.
Prepare credential documentation for IT roles
For software and consulting positions, border officers verify that your degree relates directly to the role. Gather your official transcripts, any professional certifications, and a clear description of project responsibilities. Foreign credential evaluations can strengthen your case if your degree title isn't an obvious match.
Target Inabia's consulting project pipeline
Inabia places consultants on client engagements, so TN letters often specify end-client project details. During interviews, ask whether your role involves a named client site. This affects how your offer letter is drafted and whether border officers will request additional project documentation at entry.
Search Migrate Mate for active Inabia openings
Use Migrate Mate to filter Inabia's current job listings by TN-eligible roles. The platform surfaces positions tied to verified employer TN hiring history, so you can prioritize applications where the employer already understands the USMCA admission process and issues offer letters routinely.
Understand TN renewal timing at staffing firms
TN status can be renewed in three-year increments indefinitely, but consulting firms like Inabia typically tie renewal to active project assignments. Coordinate with Inabia's HR team at least 60 days before your current TN expires to ensure a new offer letter is ready before your status lapses.
Inabia Software & Consulting Inc. TN Visa Sponsorship: Frequently Asked Questions
Does Inabia Software & Consulting Inc. sponsor TN visas?
Yes. Inabia Software & Consulting Inc. supports TN admission for Canadian and Mexican nationals by issuing offer letters for qualifying USMCA professions. There is no USCIS petition involved. You present Inabia's offer letter at the port of entry or U.S. consulate along with your credentials to obtain TN status directly.
Which roles at Inabia Software & Consulting Inc. typically qualify for TN status?
Inabia's hiring is concentrated in technology and software consulting, so roles such as computer systems analyst, software engineer, and management consultant are the most common fits for TN. The position must correspond to a recognized USMCA profession, and your degree must align directly with the job duties Inabia specifies in the offer letter.
How do I start the TN process with Inabia Software & Consulting Inc.?
Once Inabia extends a job offer, their HR or immigration contact prepares a support letter detailing your role, duties, and employment terms. Canadians present this letter at the border for same-day admission. Mexicans apply at a U.S. consulate before traveling. Neither route requires USCIS filing or an LCA. Migrate Mate can help you locate open roles at Inabia and prepare your documentation checklist.
How long does the TN process take with Inabia Software & Consulting Inc.?
For Canadian citizens, TN admission is typically granted at the border on the day of travel, assuming documents are complete. Mexican nationals face consulate appointment wait times that vary by location and season, potentially adding several weeks. Inabia's offer letter can usually be issued within the final stages of the hiring process once compensation and role details are finalized.
Can I transition from TN status to a Green Card while working at Inabia Software & Consulting Inc.?
TN status requires nonimmigrant intent, which creates a technical conflict with pursuing a Green Card simultaneously. Inabia sponsors H-1B visa and EB-2 or EB-3 immigrant visas, so transitioning to an employer-sponsored immigrant pathway is possible if Inabia agrees to file a separate petition. Discuss long-term immigration goals with Inabia's HR team before beginning any permanent residence process.
How does TN visa admission work at Inabia Software & Consulting Inc.?
TN status is granted under the USMCA treaty — there is no USCIS petition or Labor Condition Application required. Canadian citizens can apply directly at a U.S. port of entry with an offer letter from Inabia Software & Consulting Inc., while Mexican citizens must first obtain a TN visa at a U.S. consulate. The role must match one of the professions listed in USMCA Appendix 1603.D.1. Migrate Mate filters TN job listings to roles that fall within the eligible profession list.
