Match your degree to USMCA professions
TN eligibility hinges on your specific degree field matching a USMCA-listed profession exactly. For INTEGRIS Health clinical roles, verify your credential aligns with the occupation's educational requirement using O*NET before applying, since a mismatch disqualifies you at the border regardless of experience.
Target INTEGRIS Health's high-volume clinical departments
INTEGRIS Health's acute care hospitals and specialty clinics consistently recruit for registered nurses, physical therapists, and medical laboratory technologists. Focusing your search on these departments increases your chances of finding a hiring manager familiar with TN admission and willing to issue a qualifying offer letter promptly.
Request a TN-specific offer letter early
INTEGRIS Health's offer letter must state your job title, USMCA profession category, anticipated start date, and that the position is full-time and temporary in nature. Ask HR explicitly for a TN-format letter before scheduling your border crossing or consulate appointment to avoid preventable delays.
Prepare credential documentation for border review
CBP officers at land ports of entry for Canadian nationals adjudicate TN admission on the spot. Bring your original degree transcripts, professional license where required by Oklahoma state law, and INTEGRIS Health's offer letter in a single organized packet to support a smooth review.
Use Migrate Mate to confirm INTEGRIS Health's TN hiring history
Before investing time in an application, verify that INTEGRIS Health actively hires in your occupation category. Migrate Mate aggregates employer hiring data so you can confirm INTEGRIS Health supports TN candidates in your specific clinical role and connect directly with relevant job listings.
Benchmark your salary against OFLC Wage Search data
While TN doesn't require a formal prevailing wage determination, INTEGRIS Health's offered salary should reflect local market rates for your occupation in Oklahoma. Cross-check the wage level using the OFLC Wage Search so you can negotiate confidently and identify any offer that falls below regional standards.
INTEGRIS Health TN Visa Sponsorship: Frequently Asked Questions
Does INTEGRIS Health sponsor TN visas?
INTEGRIS Health hires TN professionals across its hospital network and issues the offer letters Canadian and Mexican nationals need to support TN admission. The company does not file a petition with USCIS; instead, you present INTEGRIS Health's offer letter at a U.S. port of entry or consulate as part of your own TN admission process.
Which roles and departments at INTEGRIS Health typically qualify for TN admission?
Clinical and allied health positions are the most common fit for TN at INTEGRIS Health. Registered nurses, physical therapists, medical technologists, and pharmacists all appear on the USMCA professions list and align with INTEGRIS Health's core staffing needs across its acute care hospitals and outpatient facilities in Oklahoma.
How do I apply for a TN position at INTEGRIS Health as a Canadian or Mexican national?
Apply through INTEGRIS Health's careers portal as you would any role, and disclose your TN eligibility early in the process. Once you receive a conditional offer, work with HR to obtain a TN-format offer letter. Canadians present this at a U.S. land border or airport CBP inspection; Mexicans schedule a visa appointment at a U.S. consulate.
How long does TN admission take when working with INTEGRIS Health?
For Canadian nationals, TN admission happens at the port of entry on the day of crossing, assuming documentation is complete. Mexican nationals follow the nonimmigrant visa appointment process, which varies by consulate availability. Your start date at INTEGRIS Health should account for consulate scheduling timelines if you are a Mexican national applying from outside the United States.
How do I find TN-eligible job openings at INTEGRIS Health?
Migrate Mate lists INTEGRIS Health positions filtered for TN-eligible candidates, making it straightforward to identify roles in your profession category without sorting through listings manually. You can also search INTEGRIS Health's own careers page and filter by clinical department. Confirm the job title maps to a recognized USMCA profession before investing significant time in the application.
How does TN visa admission work at INTEGRIS Health?
TN status is granted under the USMCA treaty — there is no USCIS petition or Labor Condition Application required. Canadian citizens can apply directly at a U.S. port of entry with an offer letter from INTEGRIS Health, while Mexican citizens must first obtain a TN visa at a U.S. consulate. The role must match one of the professions listed in USMCA Appendix 1603.D.1. Migrate Mate filters TN job listings to roles that fall within the eligible profession list.
