Match your credentials to USMCA professions
TN admission requires your role to appear on the USMCA professions list. For Phoebe Health positions, verify your occupation qualifies by cross-referencing your credentials against the list before applying. A mismatch in job title or degree field will stop your admission at the border.
Target clinical departments with recurring vacancies
Phoebe Health's healthcare operations regularly need registered nurses, medical technologists, and physical therapists. Focus your search on those disciplines, where TN-eligible roles open more frequently and hiring managers are more familiar with the border admission process for Canadian and Mexican professionals.
Request a TN-specific offer letter early
Phoebe Health issues the offer letter you'll present at the port of entry or U.S. consulate. Ask HR to include your USMCA occupation category, start date, and employment terms. Incomplete letters are a leading cause of delays or refusals at the Canadian land border.
Verify your wage meets prevailing levels
Before your border appointment, confirm your offered salary aligns with wage levels for your occupation and work location using the OFLC Wage Search. Phoebe Health roles in Georgia carry specific prevailing wages, and a salary that falls short raises scrutiny during admission.
Use Migrate Mate to find verified TN openings
Searching for TN-eligible roles at Phoebe Health is faster when you filter by employers that actively hire across healthcare occupations. Migrate Mate surfaces positions filtered for TN-eligible candidates, so you can focus on roles where your credentials and visa status are already a fit.
Prepare your O*NET profile documentation
CBP officers sometimes request evidence that your role matches the USMCA definition. Print your O*NET occupation profile and bring it with your degree transcripts and offer letter. For clinical roles at Phoebe Health, this documentation strengthens your admission package if an officer asks follow-up questions.
Phoebe Health TN Visa Sponsorship: Frequently Asked Questions
Does Phoebe Health sponsor TN visas?
Yes, Phoebe Health supports TN admission for qualified Canadian and Mexican professionals in eligible healthcare roles. The company issues offer letters that TN candidates present at the port of entry or U.S. consulate. There's no USCIS petition involved. Sponsorship is focused on clinical and allied health occupations that appear on the USMCA professions list.
Which roles at Phoebe Health typically qualify for TN status?
TN-eligible roles at Phoebe Health tend to be concentrated in clinical disciplines such as registered nursing, medical technology, physical therapy, and occupational therapy. These occupations meet the USMCA professions list requirements and align with the company's core healthcare service lines. Administrative and general management roles do not typically qualify for TN admission.
How do I apply for a TN role at Phoebe Health as a Canadian citizen?
Apply directly through Phoebe Health's careers portal and flag your TN eligibility during screening. If you receive an offer, HR will issue a TN support letter. Canadian citizens present that letter, along with degree credentials and a completed application, at a designated U.S. land border crossing or pre-clearance location. No prior USCIS filing is required.
How long does TN admission take for Phoebe Health candidates?
Canadian citizens seeking TN status at a land border port of entry typically receive a decision the same day. Mexican nationals apply at a U.S. consulate, where processing varies by post but generally takes a few weeks after the interview. Neither route requires waiting for USCIS processing times, which makes TN admission considerably faster than H-1B visa sponsorship.
How do I find open TN-eligible jobs at Phoebe Health?
Migrate Mate lists TN-eligible openings filtered for healthcare employers like Phoebe Health, so you can identify roles suited to your occupation and credentials without sorting through postings that don't fit your visa status. You can also search Phoebe Health's careers page directly and contact their HR team to confirm TN support for any role before investing time in the application.
How does TN visa admission work at Phoebe Health?
TN status is granted under the USMCA treaty — there is no USCIS petition or Labor Condition Application required. Canadian citizens can apply directly at a U.S. port of entry with an offer letter from Phoebe Health, while Mexican citizens must first obtain a TN visa at a U.S. consulate. The role must match one of the professions listed in USMCA Appendix 1603.D.1. Migrate Mate filters TN job listings to roles that fall within the eligible profession list.
