Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding PREVEA HEALTH TN Visa Sponsorship Jobs USA
Match your credentials to USMCA professions
Before applying, confirm your occupation appears on the USMCA TN professions list. Prevea Health hires across clinical specialties, but TN admission is only available for designated roles. Cross-reference your job title and degree field against the official list before submitting any application materials.
Target Prevea's high-volume clinical departments
Prevea consistently recruits for registered nursing, medical laboratory technology, and pharmacy roles. Focus your search on these departments first. Job postings in these specialties are more likely to come with a hiring team experienced in supporting TN candidates through the offer letter process.
Request a TN support letter early
Once you receive a verbal offer, ask Prevea's HR team to confirm they'll issue a TN support letter before your start date. The letter must specify your occupation, duties, credentials, and intended length of employment. Canadians present this at the port of entry; Mexicans use it at a U.S. consulate.
Verify your wage against OFLC prevailing rates
Prevea's offer must meet or exceed the prevailing wage for your occupation and location in Wisconsin. Use the OFLC Wage Search to check the current rate before you negotiate salary. Arriving at the border with an offer below the prevailing wage can result in TN admission being refused.
Search Migrate Mate for Prevea's open TN roles
Finding Prevea job postings that explicitly welcome TN candidates saves significant time. Migrate Mate filters healthcare employer listings by visa type, so you can identify current Prevea openings suitable for TN professionals without manually reviewing every posting on general job boards.
Prepare degree equivalency documentation in advance
Canadian and Mexican healthcare degrees are generally accepted for TN purposes, but Prevea's credentialing team may request a foreign degree evaluation for clinical roles. Commission on Graduates of Foreign Nursing Schools (CGFNS) or an NACES-member evaluator can prepare this. Having it ready prevents delays after an offer is extended.
PREVEA HEALTH TN Visa Sponsorship: Frequently Asked Questions
Does PREVEA HEALTH sponsor TN visas?
Yes. Prevea Health supports TN admission for qualified Canadian and Mexican professionals in eligible USMCA occupations. Prevea issues the offer letter required for TN admission but does not file a petition with USCIS. The TN process is handled by the worker at the port of entry or U.S. consulate, not through an employer-filed application.
Which roles at PREVEA HEALTH typically qualify for TN admission?
Prevea Health most commonly supports TN admission for registered nurses, medical laboratory technologists, pharmacists, and physical therapists. These occupations appear on the USMCA TN professions list and align with Prevea's core clinical hiring needs. Administrative, general management, or roles without a designated USMCA occupation code do not qualify for TN status.
How do I start the TN process after receiving a Prevea Health offer?
Ask Prevea's HR team to issue a TN support letter that details your job title, duties, credentials, and employment period. Canadian citizens take that letter directly to a U.S. port of entry and request TN admission from a CBP officer. Mexican citizens schedule a nonimmigrant visa appointment at a U.S. consulate. No USCIS petition is involved in either case.
How long does TN admission typically take at the border or consulate?
For Canadians, TN admission at a land border or preclearance airport can be processed the same day if your documents are complete. Mexican nationals applying at a consulate should expect a few weeks from scheduling to visa issuance, depending on appointment availability. Prevea's offer letter validity should cover your intended start date to avoid timing issues.
How do I find open TN-eligible jobs at PREVEA HEALTH?
Migrate Mate lists Prevea Health job openings filtered by visa type, making it straightforward to identify TN-eligible clinical roles without sorting through postings manually. You can also search Prevea's careers page directly and filter by clinical department. Confirm with the recruiter that the role corresponds to a USMCA-listed occupation before investing time in the application process.
How does TN visa admission work at PREVEA HEALTH?
TN status is granted under the USMCA treaty — there is no USCIS petition or Labor Condition Application required. Canadian citizens can apply directly at a U.S. port of entry with an offer letter from PREVEA HEALTH, while Mexican citizens must first obtain a TN visa at a U.S. consulate. The role must match one of the professions listed in USMCA Appendix 1603.D.1. Migrate Mate filters TN job listings to roles that fall within the eligible profession list.
