Match your credentials to USMCA categories
TN eligibility at Tower Health depends on your occupation appearing on the USMCA professions list, not just your job title. Verify your role against O*NET classifications and confirm your degree field directly matches the listed profession before applying to any Tower Health opening.
Target clinical departments with recurring vacancies
Tower Health's hospitals and outpatient facilities regularly hire registered nurses, medical technologists, and physical therapists under TN. Focus your applications on those departments rather than administrative or support roles, which fall outside USMCA's qualifying profession categories entirely.
Request a detailed offer letter upfront
Tower Health's offer letter is your primary document at the border or consulate. Ask HR explicitly to include your job title, the USMCA profession category, your start date, employment duration, and salary. A vague letter is the most common reason TN admission gets delayed or refused.
Prepare your credential verification documents early
Canadian and Mexican nurses, therapists, and technologists must show proof of licensure and degree equivalency at the port of entry. Gather official transcripts, state license verification, and any credential evaluation reports before you finalize your start date with Tower Health's HR team.
Find Tower Health TN roles through Migrate Mate
Use Migrate Mate to filter Tower Health job listings by TN-eligible roles and see the company's H-1B visa and employment-based sponsorship history as a proxy for its broader willingness to hire international professionals. That context helps you prioritize which positions are realistic targets.
Understand the admission timeline before accepting an offer
Canadian citizens can seek TN admission at the border the same day they travel, while Mexican nationals must attend a U.S. consular interview first, which adds lead time. Align your Tower Health start date with the consular appointment schedule in your city to avoid gaps.
Tower Health TN Visa Sponsorship: Frequently Asked Questions
Does Tower Health sponsor TN visas?
Tower Health hires professionals under TN status by issuing the required offer letter for eligible Canadian and Mexican candidates. Because TN is treaty-based admission under USMCA rather than an employer petition, Tower Health doesn't file with USCIS on your behalf. You present the offer letter yourself at the border or U.S. consulate to obtain TN status.
Which roles at Tower Health typically qualify for TN status?
Clinical and allied health positions are the strongest fit. Registered nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, medical technologists, and pharmacists appear most frequently in Tower Health's hiring pipeline and align with USMCA's qualifying professions list. Administrative, facilities, and general support roles do not qualify for TN regardless of employer support.
How do I start the TN process after receiving a Tower Health offer?
Once Tower Health issues your offer letter, Canadian citizens present it at a U.S. port of entry along with proof of citizenship, their degree, and professional license. Mexican nationals schedule a nonimmigrant visa interview at a U.S. consulate. Migrate Mate can help you identify open Tower Health roles and understand the documentation you'll need before admission.
How long does TN status last at Tower Health, and can it be renewed?
TN status is granted in up to three-year increments with no statutory limit on renewals, as long as you maintain a valid qualifying job offer. Tower Health can support renewal by issuing a new or extended offer letter. You may renew at the border, at a consulate, or through a change-of-status filing with USCIS while already in the United States.
What salary should I expect for TN-eligible roles at Tower Health?
Tower Health must pay TN workers wages consistent with those paid to comparable employees in the same region. Use the OFLC Wage Search to look up the prevailing wage for your specific occupation and location before negotiating your offer. The Bureau of Labor Statistics also publishes regional wage data for healthcare occupations that can serve as a useful benchmark.
How does TN visa admission work at Tower Health?
TN status is granted under the USMCA treaty — there is no USCIS petition or Labor Condition Application required. Canadian citizens can apply directly at a U.S. port of entry with an offer letter from Tower Health, while Mexican citizens must first obtain a TN visa at a U.S. consulate. The role must match one of the professions listed in USMCA Appendix 1603.D.1. Migrate Mate filters TN job listings to roles that fall within the eligible profession list.
