Job Responsibilities:
- Perform floor stripping, waxing, and buffing on various hard floor surfaces
- Operate floor care equipment such as auto scrubbers, buffers, burnishers, and extractors
- Perform carpet and upholstery cleaning using extraction methods
- Follow proper chemical labeling, dilution, and usage procedures
- Maintain floor care equipment in a clean, safe, and operable condition
- Ensure floor surfaces are safe and presentable for daily operations
- Wear proper Personal Protective Equipment at all times
- Maintain janitor and equipment storage areas in a clean and organized manner
- Assist with other cleaning or maintenance duties as needed
