Align your credentials to automotive procurement standards
Zoox hires procurement professionals who understand hardware supply chains, not just general purchasing. Highlight experience with component sourcing, supplier qualification, or contract negotiation for manufactured goods before you apply.
Search Zoox openings through Migrate Mate
Filter by visa type and role to find active Procurement Manager openings at Zoox that match your sponsorship situation. Migrate Mate surfaces positions where sponsorship is confirmed, saving you time before outreach.
Clarify sponsorship scope early in interviews
During initial recruiter screens, ask directly whether Zoox supports the full petition cycle for your visa category, including USCIS filing and any required DOL Labor Condition Application. Procurement roles often involve multi-year project cycles, so knowing the renewal posture matters.
Prepare supply chain documentation that supports specialty occupation claims
For H-1B petitions, USCIS requires evidence the role qualifies as a specialty occupation. Gather job descriptions, degree requirements from comparable industry postings, and any professional certifications like CPSM or CSCP that reinforce the technical complexity of the work.
Account for LCA and petition timing in your start date negotiations
Zoox must file a certified Labor Condition Application with DOL before your H-1B petition reaches USCIS. This adds weeks to the timeline. Factor that into any start date you discuss during the offer stage to avoid gaps in your authorization.

Find Procurement Manager at Zoox JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Zoox sponsor H-1B visas for Procurement Managers?
Yes, Zoox sponsors H-1B visas for Procurement Manager roles. The process requires Zoox to first obtain a certified Labor Condition Application from DOL, then file the H-1B petition with USCIS. Because Procurement Manager positions at an autonomous vehicle company involve specialized supply chain knowledge, they generally satisfy the specialty occupation requirement, but your specific role scope and degree field will matter.
Which visa types does Zoox commonly sponsor for Procurement Manager roles?
Zoox sponsors a range of visa categories for this function, including H-1B, E-3 for Australian citizens, TN for Canadian and Mexican nationals, and F-1 OPT and CPT for students. If you're on OPT, verify your remaining authorized period before starting the process, since procurement hiring cycles at a hardware-intensive company can run longer than software roles.
What qualifications does Zoox expect for a sponsored Procurement Manager position?
Zoox typically looks for procurement professionals with a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, business, or a related field, combined with hands-on experience managing supplier relationships for complex manufactured components. Familiarity with automotive or aerospace supply chains strengthens your candidacy. Professional certifications such as CPSM or CSCP signal credibility in a competitive applicant pool.
How do I apply for Procurement Manager jobs at Zoox?
You can browse current Procurement Manager openings at Zoox through Migrate Mate, which filters listings by visa sponsorship type so you can confirm eligibility before applying. Once you identify a relevant role, apply directly through Zoox's careers portal and be prepared to discuss your visa category and work authorization timeline during the initial recruiter screen.
How do I plan my timeline if Zoox extends me a Procurement Manager offer requiring H-1B sponsorship?
Work backward from your target start date. Zoox needs time to prepare and file your Labor Condition Application with DOL, which takes at least one to two weeks when processed under standard timelines. USCIS then processes the H-1B petition, with standard processing running several months. If your start date is urgent, ask Zoox's immigration team whether premium processing is available for your petition.
