Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Supervisor to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. This role is vital in ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, safely, and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality. As a Construction Supervisor, you will coordinate with various teams, manage subcontractors, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications. Your leadership will drive project success and foster a culture of safety, collaboration, and excellence on every site.

Duties

• Supervise daily construction activities on-site, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to plans and schedules
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials
• Monitor project progress using construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, or HeavyBid to track milestones and adjust schedules as needed
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety protocols including OSHA standards and quality control measures
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to verify work accuracy and resolve technical issues
• Manage project budgets by overseeing cost estimates, tracking expenses, and controlling resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations by reviewing contracts and managing change orders effectively

Skills

• Extensive experience in construction management with a proven track record supervising large-scale projects
• Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Primavera, HeavyBid or similar tools
• Strong knowledge of construction site safety regulations including OSHA standards
• Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating techniques
• Excellent management skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively and foster collaboration among diverse stakeholders
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents such as contracts and project specifications
• Familiarity with using tools like ohmmeters for electrical testing and pipeline inspection techniques
• Demonstrated experience in project scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and managing construction site logistics
