At Stillwater Insurance Group, you will play a critical role in supporting our Marketing & Communications Department by creating compelling visual content, managing digital communications, and ensuring brand consistency across all internal and external communications.

The Marketing Communications Designer is responsible for creating and producing visual assets that support marketing initiatives, internal communications, agent engagement, and client-facing materials. This role combines graphic design, content creation, digital communications, and project management to deliver effective visual communications that align with business objectives and strengthen the Stillwater brand.
This position requires a creative professional with strong design skills, experience developing digital and print marketing materials, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. This position is an in-office Jacksonville, FL position, Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Creative Design
- Design and produce print and digital marketing materials, including brochures, sell sheets, advertisements, presentations, social media graphics, and website content.
- Create infographics and visual content that communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
- Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communications.
- Develop graphics and visual assets that support marketing campaigns, corporate initiatives, and business objectives.
Digital Content & Communications
- Manage content updates, additions, and edits for the company intranet using SharePoint.
- Create and manage Microsoft Forms and surveys as requested.
- Develop, schedule, and manage social media content and engagement.
- Design visual assets for websites, email communications, and other digital channels.
Marketing Operations
- Coordinate agent orders for marketing materials and brochures.
- Manage business card requests and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Oversee the ordering, shipping, inventory, and maintenance of tradeshow and promotional materials.
- Support departmental initiatives through the organization and distribution of marketing resources.
Project Management
- Manage projects from concept through final production, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations are met.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to execute projects successfully.
- Prioritize multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- Monitor project timelines and communicate progress with stakeholders.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of two years of professional experience in graphic design, content creation, marketing communications, or a related creative field.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling, branding, content creation, and digital media expertise.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop and InDesign; experience with Illustrator, Acrobat, and Premiere Pro preferred.
- Minimum one year of experience creating and managing content across social media platforms.
- Experience working with SharePoint.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and Google Analytics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience supporting corporate communications and employee engagement initiatives.
- Familiarity with website content management systems and digital marketing platforms.
- Experience coordinating vendors, print production, and promotional materials.
