Customer Operations Manager Jobs in Atlanta: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a customer operations manager job in Atlanta?
Focus your search on Atlanta's technology corridor in Midtown, the financial services firms clustered in Buckhead, and the logistics and supply chain companies based near Hartsfield-Jackson and the Perimeter. Candidates who stand out typically combine process improvement experience with direct team leadership, since Atlanta employers in these sectors value both operational rigor and hands-on management. Familiarity with CRM platforms and cross-functional coordination gives applicants a clear edge in this market.
Which companies hire customer operations managers in Atlanta?
Employers hiring customer operations managers in Atlanta right now include Google, Emory Healthcare, and PwC, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of June 2026. Atlanta's mix of Fortune 500 headquarters, fast-growing fintech firms, and large regional healthcare systems means demand comes from a wide range of employer types across the city.
Are there remote customer operations manager jobs in Atlanta?
Yes, though availability depends heavily on the role: positions focused on reporting, vendor coordination, and process design tend to be remote-compatible, while roles managing on-site teams or contact center floors are typically in-person.
