ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with Brian Robinson Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, problem solving aptitude and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist clients with policy changes, payments, billing inquiries and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Schedule appointments.
- Other service duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, problem solver and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience required.
- Must currently have Illinois Property and Casualty licenses. Property, Casualty and life preferred.
- Specific customer service experience within the insurance industry preferred.
