KBR is seeking a highly motivated and technology-driven Knowledge Management & Business Intelligence Specialist to lead the development, governance, and continuous enhancement of enterprise Knowledge Management (KM) capabilities within the newly established Program Management Office (PMO). This role will serve as a key driver in modernizing enterprise reporting, data visualization, and digital collaboration capabilities across KBR/NSS programs. The ideal candidate possesses strong experience in Knowledge Management, data analytics, Power BI dashboard development, enterprise collaboration platforms, and business process optimization. This individual will lead initiatives focused on transforming program data into actionable insights, improving executive reporting, standardizing enterprise artifacts, and advancing digital solutions that improve operational efficiency and decision-making. The Knowledge Management & Business Intelligence Specialist will collaborate closely with Program Managers, Business Units, and executive leadership to ensure program information is accurate, secure, accessible, visually consumable, and aligned with operational and contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the enterprise Knowledge Management (KM) strategy to support PMO maturity, digital transformation, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Design, develop, and maintain executive-level dashboards, reporting solutions, and data visualizations using Power BI and other business intelligence tools.
- Lead modernization of enterprise reporting capabilities by integrating financial, operational, and programmatic data into centralized reporting environments.
- Manage classified and unclassified PMO repositories, ensuring compliance with access controls, cybersecurity requirements, data integrity, and information governance standards.
- Administer and optimize SharePoint environments, knowledge repositories, and collaboration platforms to improve information accessibility and workflow efficiency.
- Establish governance processes for document lifecycle management, configuration control, metadata structures, taxonomy design, and records retention.
- Standardize enterprise templates, SOPs, workflows, reporting artifacts, and controlled documentation across programs and business units.
- Develop automated workflows and process improvements utilizing Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power BI, Power Automate, and SharePoint integrations.
- Lead creation and maintenance of enterprise lessons learned frameworks, knowledge-sharing initiatives, and organizational best practices.
- Support executive decision-making through development of data-driven reporting packages, KPI tracking, and performance analytics.
- Create training materials, onboarding resources, user guides, and digital adoption strategies to drive enterprise tool utilization and process consistency.
- Ensure compliance with contract-specific documentation, reporting, and audit requirements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Program Managers, Finance, Operations, and IT teams to align reporting and knowledge management capabilities with mission and business objectives.

Required Qualifications
- 1-5 years of experience in Knowledge Management, Business Operations, PMO/PSO support, Configuration Management, Data Analytics, or governance-focused roles.
- Experience supporting IC/DoD programs and working within classified environments.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Power BI, including dashboard development, data modeling, visualization design, KPI reporting, and executive analytics.
- Advanced experience with SharePoint, Microsoft 365 collaboration tools, Excel, document management systems, metadata structures, and taxonomy management.
- Experience with Power Platform tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, or related workflow automation technologies preferred.
- Strong understanding of program management frameworks, governance processes, operational reporting, and enterprise business operations.
- Demonstrated ability to develop scalable KM strategies and standardize enterprise documentation and reporting processes.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex information to executive stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret (TS) clearance.
