We are seeking a multi-DB Platform Operational Support DBA resource primarily skilled with Oracle Database (DBA) along with exposure to MS-SQL, MySQL, and Postgres. This DBA role requires expertise in managing and optimizing diverse database technologies to support both on-prem and cloud platforms. This role demands a detail-oriented professional with a deep understanding of RDBMS solutions and a proactive approach to database architecture, security, and performance.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide ongoing operational support for Oracle Databases in all application specific environments (Dev to Prod)
- Perform data migrations (RMAN restore/refresh and datapump exp/imp). Also exposure to migrate DBs from on-prem to Cloud
- Assist in manual and automated application code deployments (DDLs and DMLs)
- Conduct performance tuning to maintain system stability (using Oracle RDBMS tools)
- Troubleshooting to capture incident data and analyze for root cause issues
- Participate in binaries installation, DB creation, configuration, upgrades and DB patching and OS patching activities
- Serve as a good team player by working with colleagues and clients to identify and address overall system problems as needed
- Perform on-call rotation with other colleagues on a weekly rotation basis
- Influence management to adopt new ideas, products, and/or approaches as appropriate
- Develop and enhance automation to streamline database operations and data loading processes
- Utilize PostgreSQL utilities and tools such as pg_ctl, psql, and monitoring/management solutions to maintain the environment

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 5+ years of Oracle Operational DBA experience in the IT industry
- 5+ years of experience supporting/maintaining Databases systems in the Exadata, Unix and Windows environments
- 5+ years of experience with RAC technologies 19c (CRS/ASM/RAC Services)
- 5+ years of experience with Oracle Dataguard
- 5+ years of experience in RMAN refresh/restore operations and Datapump exp/imp
- 5+ years of experience in Database monitoring, Performance tuning, Health Checks, Stats collection, Query Optimizing, Indexes
- 2+ years of experience with other relational Databases such as MS-SQL, MySQL and Postgres
- 2+ years of experience of working with Public Cloud Exadata database administration/migration
- 1+ years of experience of implementing AI-driven tools used in database operations, monitoring, and support environments
- Willingness and ability to provide 24x7 on-call support
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with TDE, Wallet, Audit Vault
- Experience with Database RMAN backup/recovery skills (ZDLRA, TSM/TDPO/DDomain)
- Experience with other DBMS platforms such as SQL Server, MySQL, Postgres and DB2 etc. is a plus
- Willing to share knowledge and learn new concepts (cross-train) with colleagues
- Skills in AI usage, Shell Scripting and Automation

COMPENSATION
- Salary Range: $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment.
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
