Position: IVR Software Developer
Location: Cleveland, OH
Duration: 22 Months

Core Development Skills:
- Java/J2EE – strong expertise in backend development.
- Microservices
- Struts Framework – understanding and experience maintaining legacy systems.
- Spring MVC & Spring Boot – for building scalable microservices and APIs.

- JSON/XML data handling.

- Migration of IVR applications from monolithic Struts apps to Spring Boot microservices.
- Knowledge of AI-driven conversational IVR solutions.
