ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a senior digital product manager within the Starbucks Global Digital Commerce business, you will be responsible for managing and setting the strategic direction for our digital experiences. Specifically, this role relates to Starbucks Shop - the new Starbucks e-commerce initiative.
As a senior digital product manager, you will:
- Development and execution of the Starbucks Shop strategy to realize the commercial and brand vision for Starbucks Shop
- Management of business process & roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional teams including but not limited to marketing, technology, creative analytics, merchandising, coffee, operations and channel teams
- Creation of a best-in-class captivating e-commerce experience to engage existing Starbucks fans as well attract new consumers to the brand
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
We’d love to hear from people with:
- 8+ years end-to-end digital commerce experience
- High commercial acumen
- Versed in digital commerce and customer experience KPIs, with an understanding of how to drive the metrics in the digital space
- Experience with product marketing & GTM for e-commerce. Ideally experience in managing online subscriptions as well as online pricing and promotion strategies
- Intimate familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce products
- A passion for the Starbucks brand and its products
- Ability to work independently and contribute as a subject matter expert in the digital commerce space

If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND, or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role.
