- Experience: 10+ years’ experience in data and analytics leadership roles, with a proven track record of building and scaling successful teams and business operations.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in modern data platforms, cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Analytical Skills: A strategic mindset paired with hands-on technical proficiency leading to strong financial modeling, data analysis, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Communication: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data concepts into clear business narratives.
- Execution: Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
